This update doesn't include new teams, because daizenshu has disapeared from the PCM scene...
This update was the last of the FCD 2013 for PCM 2013. I was really happy to do it !

Yes, but the stat maker(and guy who adds teams) is gone!
And having those information doesn't mean you can add a team and its cyclists in a minute.
If you think so, or think it really should be added now, do it yourself and stop spamming the topic

Yes, but you could've made a double-install(-> installing PCM twice).
You can just insert the disk, go to 'My computer' and then disk f or G(one of those should say 'PCM' then). Then click on 'Open' (not play), and click setup and install it somewhere else than before.
Voila, a double-install
Well, you could also just copy the game map to an other place and then install the other DB over it. The DB that you installed last should still be working, and the other one is in your old game map

Yes, i could had add those teams, but i didn't, because i don't think myself as knowing cycling enough to do the stats. You can found the jerseys here, as we had ask to some designers to make some new shirts :

Upd. Yes, I made it! I copied all the game from Steam folder, but it don't launched. Then, I installed the last patch, pcm.exe catched my activation from Steam, and it launched without Steam! Thanks for the advice)
