Just open the DB editor that goes with the game, open the .cdb file you're using, go to Cavendish, and tick the box
' national road champion'.
Don't forget to go to Stannard and there, tick the box ' former national road champion'  |

I'll update mine this week end. The only difference in the front part of the jersey is the white logo on the front, right ?

it has disappeared even before the written Italia. was removed skoda elastic shorts, but castlelli logo on leg

You should be able to use the RR jersey. I couldn't figure out a difference between the ITT and RR jerseys (so far).
