Nah - he should stay with the Schlecks until maybe 3-4 km. Much too risky to attack now.
Not if Contador is gonna ride himself right back into the fight for the yellow jersey.
I would love that but I don't see him gaining 3½ min here.
It seemed plausible when the times said 1:40 and the Schlecks looking more dead than the steak I ate last night.
You mean the steak contador ate last night, right?
No, the one I ate, I suspect Contadors likes his steak extra bloody.

Huh? Evans is being fed the victory right now. He isn't using his powers and might be able to take 10-15 seconds on Schleck in the end, and then he will win for sure...

He's definitely steak-ing his claim to a stage win here

Nah, Evans always attacks in the last 2-3 kilometres of mountain stages, if he has something left, but that's probably just me |

Am I the only one thinking of the irony that's likely to happen at the end of the stage? Andy finally getting his yellow and simultaneously knowing he's probably lost the Tour?
If Evans gains time, that is.

17 seconds from Contador to Rolland and Sanchez. Could be a fight for the stage win. |

Even if Evans doesnt get the few seconds, Andy has lost the tour at the foot of l'Alpe

Agreed.
And it looks more and more like Evans actually has something left for the last 2 kilometres. |
