Liquigas today, as every year, announced the riders that will remain with the team next year. Besides the ones who have signed with other teams already
Bennati
Quinziato
Santaromita
Zaugg
Seem to be leaving.
No idea why they're getting rid of Santaromita. Zaugg's been disappointing. Quinziato as well. Bennati is always injured and is a cancer to the team environment.
So where's Bennati going? Geox? Could be a ton of teams.

No?
What are Fuglsang, Gerdemann, O'Grady and Wagner going to do then?

What he meant is that the Schlecks denied being involved in a new team. It later turned out that they were "lying", thus you can never be sure of anything even if it has categorically been denied previously. |

Why the "quotes"

Quinzto was disappointing? I always saw him as a top 15 cobbled classics guy, and that is what he was. Were they expecting him to challenge for Roubaix or RVV? because I never got that impression. |

Am I right to believe that next season there will be no big German team in cycling, wow first they scrap the tour of germany now this, cycling in germany really has gone down since 2008.
I dont care about the tour of germany (which was always decided in austria anyway), but i do care about the numerous regional tours and one day races that have gone down.
These days if you are interested in pro cycling in germany its worse as if you had admiration for a pedo guy.
Still more people then ever ride their bike, which is a good thing. |

With Menchov and Sastre already on board, is there any more room for Cunego? Such a line-up would be unbelieveable. |

Time trials. He's spent the past 3 years guaranteeing he's definitely going to win race X, Y or Z and failed every single time.
If you have a big mouth, you'd better deliver.

there are several people to point the blame at. Yes it's a shame, but it'll pick back up eventually.

Including yourself Isso, as you re-posted a transfer news a few pages back, that had already been posted too. Don't go a-pointing fingers now, otherwise they'll just come pointing back atcha.
