make the school get a tv for your class, then call it a treat to watch the cycling

Cunego is out of Vuelta..one decent stage and after that he's energy has gone. Not so good year for Cunego.
Sanchez yesterday win was great...i dont have seen so happy rider a long time. Euskaltel realy needed that. |

Cunego is like Vinokourov on Tour....after that fall, but at least he doesn't take any doping . And Euskaltel always gets a win on Vuelta, I would guess, they will add aditional one by Antón or maybe Fernandez could do something. But my favourites were MartÃnez and Goméz Marchante, it's shame they're out of shape. |

Cunego not taking any doping ? Erm, isn't he a Cecchini patient ? That plus his incredible wattages in the last couple of Giros are enough to make my opinion about this.
While I'm on about wattages, it seems all the riders present here are at their best level, nobody has had an incredible increasement of power this year (but we could see that without watts calculations, couldn't we ?).
The best riders do about 430W this year (according to cyclismag methods of calculation).
For comparison purposes : Armstrong could top 460 W (like Piepoli in this year's Giro), Ullrich 475 in his prime, Vino, Jash, Valverde were above 450 last year, like Di Luca this year's Giro, 410 is an acceptable figure for a clean rider (with all other parameters, such as form, motivation, at 100%), Rasmussen and Contador were slightly stronger than what Menchov showed so far.
Vino, Kash or Valverde, with their 2006 condition, would have completely shattered the opposition present this year. |
