Today might be the last chance for big jumps in the general classification!Joly should be the winner of this tour but Rabon might be able to get the second position because he is the biggest favorite for today´s time trial about 27 kilometres
Sieberg was the first one setting an amazing time with 37 minutes and 3 seconds! He was leading the stage for a long time while Jorgensen and Vandewalle were a few seconds behind him
Frantisek Rabon had a great day as he showed a fantastic performance especially in the last part of his ride. When he crossed the finish-line he destroyed Sieberg´s time!He was 50 seconds faster which means that he could take the lead
Joly´s time was great, too but it wasn´t enough to beat Rabon or Sieberg. In the end he won the overall with 2 minutes and 21 seconds to Rabon

Stage 20 : Bormio - Ponte di Legno - Tonale
Today is the last chance for mountain experts to take a stage win!Pellizotti showed an amazing Giro up to here but the greatest performance came from Tony Martin! It´s the last hard stage for him before he can enjoy the last stage tomorrow which is a time trial
There were some important names in front of the pack such as Soler and Martinez. They had a big advantage over the pack while they worked together perfectly
With more than 60 kilometres to go , Pellizotti made a surprising move!
Pellizotti was the first chaser of the breakaway with Soler and Martinez and Soler also made a move on the last climb before the final uphill began;Martinez couldn´t follow while Pellizotti came really fast from behind
Soler was still in front of Pellizotti with only 8 kilometres to go.Martin was still in the pack with Garzelli,Nibali and Brushegin. They were all shocked about Pellizotti´s early move
Pellizotti could reduce his gap to Soler every metre!Soler was really tired after his long solo-ride but up to here he could stay in front
Then came the first move out of the pack by Nibali!Again no one could follow while he even saw Martinez
Soler could defend a small gap to Pellizotti when the last kilometre began!
He really deserves it after this amazing ride!Pellizotti becomes second behind Mauricio Soler.Third place goes to Nibali with almost 2 minutes to Soler! In the end Garzelli,Arroyo,Brushegin,Cunego,Pozzovivo and Scarponi made a move but Martin couldn´t follow so he lost many seconds!
He became 13th behind Fuglsang with more than 4 minutes to Soler! But he is still second in the overall with only 33 seconds to Nibali!

Today is the last stage in Germany. It´s also the last chance for sprinters to take a stage win while the overall should be decided.Joly made it with an amazing move on the second stage. We´re still happy with Rabon´s stage win and the second position behind Joly. We´re expecting a mass sprint today and we really hope that Mark Renshaw can get his stage win,too
Our sprint train worked perfectly today with Roulston making the pace and Sieberg who leaded out his sprint-captain Mark Renshaw
Everything was great when Renshaw passed his lead-out man Marcel Sieberg. No one could follow the Australian but Sieberg had to fight for the second place because Van Hummel,Lisowicz and Andre Schulze came fast from behind
It´s the stage win Renshaw hoped for! After a perfect sprint performance by Columbia he can celebrate his first stage win in Germany!
And Sieberg could even defend the second position which brings us a great double! All in all it was great Bayern Rundfahrt by Columbia

Stage 21 : ITT Verona
After three very hard and exciting weeks in Italy,we´re going to leave the Giro with today´s last stage which is a short time trial about 15 kilometres. The last thing we have to reach is to defend Martin´s second position. The main contender is Nibali which is also a great time trialist!
Marco Pinotti was the first one, setting an amazing time!He just needed 22 minutes and 1 second!
Pinotti´s time was the best one for a long time and when Luis Leon Sanchez was on the road we already thought that he´s beating that time but he couldn´t do it!The Spaniard was 6 seconds behind the Italian ITT Champion
The next one was Brushegin who made a fantastic Giro as we never thought that he could get such as great result.Today he showed his tt strength again with an impressive 4th position in the end!
Nibali was our main contender for the second place! His times at the intermediate check points were amazing beating Pinotti by 3 and 4 seconds!
And he wasn´t too fast in the beginning because he kept this pace, beating Pinotti by 2 seconds!
Then it came to the last showdown if the last three weeks!Tony Martin was already on the road when Nibali set his great time.At the first check point he was 6 seconds faster than his Italian rival!Well, his shape and his day form were absolutely amazing, setting another best time at the second check point...9 seconds faster than Nibali!!There was only one thought in this moment: Please don´t crash Tony, take it home now it would be the greatest result of your career! And he did it!!!When he crossed the finish-line it was an amazing feeling, seeing him on the first position with 12 seconds in front of Nibali
Last one was Giro Winner 2010 Franco Pellizotti!Congratulations by Columbia, well done Franco! With a good 9th place in the last time trial he really can enjoy his victory
