BMC officially confirms Burghardt
Remember, today is the first day when teams and riders can admit to transfers, so a lot more should transpire today
EDIT: More transfers that have been known for a long long time have now been officially confirmed. Petacchi to Lampre, Hunter+Kessiakoff+Van Summeren to Garmin
And Zirbel to Garmin. That one's new as far as I've known.
As expected, BMC has also confirmed Kroon, Ballan and Hincapie.
Can you imagine what Levi4Life's reaction will be when he hears this?
I was asked to not post anything on facebook about BMC transfers, So I just assumed that meant keep it quiet till today

Looking a page or two back will also make you find a link to CQRanking which has a brilliant overview too. |

Saxo Bank are trying to find budget space (their financial situation is very complicated at this point) to sign french champion Dimitri Champion.
Champion originally rode for Bouygues and had very good results and promised a lot......but his contract was not renewed and none of the "trustworthy" french teams even considered offering him a contract. I think I don't have to spell out why.
So he should fit right in at Saxo Bank.
Due to their financial problems, Saxo have been extremely quiet so far.

OT: But i'm completly against pro riders riding events such as the Etape, he won, naturally. He even rode it in his National champion jersey. Retired pro's, sure ride it, current pro's ban them.

BMC is Phonak. It's based on the ruins of the Phonak team. |

Haussler has renewed his contract with Cervélo for 3 more seasons and very promising 21 year old german champion Martin Reimer for 2.
Saxo Bank has renewed with André Steensen
Also Van Impe with QuickStep.
EDIT: sorry that these are yesterday's news. didn't notice them until today

It's been very quiet since they signed Samoilau. All that's known is that De Jongh will retire.
