If I find time for it I'll try to work on a list of all riders that didn't get a contract extension. Since I'll only have a very limited amount of time I can't guarantee it will be done before December 30 though.
Got my draft choices ready a few days ago. Just need to get to my laptop to send them. Should be interesting to see the different approaches from various teams due to massive range of available riders.
Renewals seem to be working pretty well. If anything it seems as if there is too much money around
So, with most of the teams having renewed their riders (please hurry if you need to do this ), we can move on to the draft. The first round will be for all teams (minus Drapac) and it will be the team with the lowest points last season (Caja Rural) that can go first.
Any rider in the 2014 DB (excel file of that was posted here earlier) is availabe. Your sponsor would like to see someone from his own nation of course!
So, some examples of who is available: 1) Riders not in a WT/PCT team in 2013 (Arredondo, Bennett), 2) Riders returning after doping suspension (Frank Schleck), 3) Youth riders (Ewan, Mohoric, Yates brothers) 4) Fired riders (like Rick Flens for Belkin) 5) All riders that did not get a contract extention.
Two exceptions for drafting though: Drapac will be a PCT team next year, so their riders are excluded from the draft. Secondly, riders that would fall in the star or superstar category are excluded as well, you need to buy them.
TMM posted a short list as well if you have no names left.

I will post the link to the PCM13-DB once it has been updated with renewals. At the moment you don't really need other teams stats for anything and you should be able to keep track of your own.
A good few people made minor mistakes in natural progressions. Usually upgrading a stat to the level it already was. They have been given the update on the same stat, but it will be one higher than you think you upgraded it to

For a basic list of riders not in WT/PCT teams in 2013 you can google, wikipedia, PCS and get all the riders. Ability you can figure out yourself from there.

Well the main problem is not knowing how good young riders are, which I am not an expert on, hence I need the wisdom of the stat makers. I doubt we will start this before New Year to be honest, judging by previous timings.
