There were two big ones here. The first one was considerably higher than the other, which was Liege, received 24 votes, the most points you could receive for one question in the round. Antwerp received a decent 10 votes. There were 3 other answers:

And Senna, given we're on a sports forum.
I knew Bieber would win, but I rather pay my respect to one of them than win the round, to be honest.
Went pretty well apart from that, with 3 top answers plus Feillu, and I've been really surprised he hasn't won a WT stage yet, surely good enough for a win in Pologne or Eneco Tour at least.

Heck, I didn't even know Bieber was born in '94! Not that my vote would have changed though.
