Driedaagse De Panne - Koksijde
1. Steve Chainel (Bbox - Bouygues Telecom) FRA
2. Luca Paolini (Acqua & Sapone) ITA
3. Enrico Gasparotto (Astana) ITA
4. Daniel Oss (Liquigas - Doimo) ITA
5. Frédéric Amorison (Landbouwkrediet) BEL
6. Lieuwe Westra (Vacansoleil Pro Cycling Team) NED
7. David Millar (Garmin - Transitions) GBR 03"
8. Nico Eeckhout (An Post - Sean Kelly) BEL 45"
9. Johan Coenen (Topsport Vlaanderen - Mercator) BEL
10. Marco Bandiera (Team Katusha) ITA
Great ride by Chainel. He was in the early break and held on when the favourites caught up with him and then he surprised them in the sprint.
GC seems to be going to Millar or Westra.

Chainel is rather good cyclocross guy, so it seems like an interesting win there |

Yeah, good win for him. I've always though the opening stage of De Panne was one of the hardest in stage race cycling. |

What happened with lotto? Gilbert arrived at 24 minutes. Same for Roelandts. I wonder if they can get a win this season... |

I think that Gilbert has better chances at races like the Fleche Wallone or Liege-Bastogne-Liege, so he will be there in form
