Ricco is continuing his vendetta against Astana. He started off by saying that what Contador did really couldn't have been done if he had been on vacation up until the Giro. And now he says that Klöden may be strong on time trials, but that he's very weak on the steep slopes, and the minutes Klöden wins on the time trials, he will lose in the mountain. |

remember Riccò wasn't in top form at last year's Giro.
And neither time trial should make for big differences. one is pretty short and the other isn't in any way flat.
the mountains will decide this.

Coming to Eurosport, the new sitcom everyone is talking about, *drum roll* Cav and the Cobra! Follow along with the hilarious antics of the two most boisterous riders in the pro peloton. Who will win the bigger races? And who will fail and be laughed at by pretentious people on internet forums? So, if you want to learn who will triumph and who will literally crash, then tune in.

The peloton needs to catch the break. I don't want to see two french teams taking 9 minutes on everyone else.

I don't think they will, I say the break wins by a minute or two. But I think the fact that breaks are a lot more succesful this year is because the peloton isn't as strong, which may have something to do with a drop in doping... (cue isso rebuttal) |

I'm not entirely sure, as there aren't many chances for sprinters, so they'll probably try to take a many as they can. Then again, there aren't that many strong sprinters here, which contributes to the success of breaks.

Today I think it's Bennati-time. Ahead of Zabel and Lorenzetto. |

Eurosport is showing MotoGP. somebody gave him the wrong advertisement sheet, obviously, since he was going on about how next is the WTCC and after that is "a mountain time trial at the Giro. it hurts just looking at the incline"
Yes, huge huge mountains today.
