Break also has Porte/Nieve/Lopez and Kangert/Westra but now it seems Porte and Westra are waiting for yellow jersey group as Contador is isolated and not doing any work.
As I said yesterday, he allowed Talansky et all to get away but just sitting behind Froome. |

Well, thats not a result of Contador not wanting to win, but rather his extremely bad team imo. |

At least one teammate would be really important for Contador, despite SKY riding for Contador at the moment and him likely just sticking to Froome's wheel. Will be interesting to see how he gets his bottles etc, team car just rides up to him at the front and gives it to him?
If Contador can pull this one off, than I'm in awe. Roughly 67 kilometers remain. Still half an hour till images, grrr.

All Contador has to do is control Froome, no matter that he (CF) goes on his own or with half a dozen of team mates.
As long as Froome can't or doesn't drop Contador there's no point for him to be there with his team mates. They'd be of any use if Contador needed to attack, but it's not case here. He'll just waste them pulling away from no one. |

I agree.
Kruezinger by his own standard can be team leader at any other team. CAS will also be important person. But both are at Tour of Switzerland.
They will definitely boast Contador's team at TdF. |

Kreuziger will definetely be important come Tour, same goes for Rogers and Roche (which i still doubt as a helper for Contador..) I dont know if CAS goes, what he does he does fairly mediocre to be fair and I think there will only be place for one climber and Jesus Hernandez is preferred for Contador here -pretty sure only one of them will be selected. That leaves 4 places for allrounders.
But dno, I could be wrong, but I think CAS needs to pull something off in Suisse to be heavily considered |

In that sense, Contador is lucky that Froome wants to win this race apparently at all cost, and can use this to his obvious advantage. It's clear that the "battle" is right now more on a mindgame-side of things, but the lack of teammates can seriously hurt Contador later on and this may nag on him too.
But to me, you make it sound so easy, just to follow Froome at every point and every turn. Given that Contador has been in such comparable or at least a bit similiar situations before (think Armstrong for instance) and prevailed, he's will and mind are very strong. His legs should be good enough too I hope. But the race has been going against him right from the first moment, with the huge breakaway and the SKY moves - I'm just saying, if keeps the jersey at the end of the day, I'll be mighty impressed because the whole peloton try to outrace and outsmart him today.

I swear they just do it to piss us off more and more... Oleg Tinkov needs to fund a global cycling network.
