So by taking a break from school, I finally started writing that novel I always wanted to write. The preparation was a lot of fun and 3 days ago I started the actual novel. 5000 words in 3 days, which is pretty good. If I can keep up this pace, I hope to be done in about 3 months.
And if I really get back into writing like I used to do, I might have a nice idea about a next book, too. It's about cycling  |

I'm currently attending a class on globalization and economic effects, and roughly half of the class (10, or so) are from Africa with the rest being from non-western nations.
It's a good class and all, but it would have been better if the professor giving the lecture wasn't scared shitless when talking about western economic activities in Africa, infront of a class where most are from said Africa.
The only way she could have been more "apologetic" about the Colonial times, was if she had been wearing a shirt with "Kill whitey" written on it.

I need some help. I've been trying to get a friend of mine into cycling and he gave a challenge; to find him the most exciting clip from a race on youtube. Basicly a summary of the most amazing race/stage I know.
What would you reccomend?
