ok. so i should start a new career and only choose 2 future greats from young rider tab. then get 8 real riders to make it more realistic? |

No, I just meant that if you want a team full of U23 riders, you should only pick 1 or 2 future greats(or 0 and just a few 'promising' riders) and the rest promising or worth observation, so that you'll have a few helpers too and not just super-talents. Also, try to stay with 1, 2 or maybe 3 nationalities, the nationalities that your sponsor finds interesting/fits good with the sponsor's nationality.
If you only want to pick 2 talents and the rest real riders, then to me, those talents have to be the sponsor's nationality.

A team should have some older riders (2 - 5) some young riders (2-5) and some in between (2 - 5).
Or you create a development team (like Rabo CT) with many young riders and 2 or three riders at around 25.
But in any case try to focus on one or two countries to keep it realistic. (focusing on one country should solve the problem with too many "future greats" automatically)

Sounds good.
Are you Pro Continental Tour?

It's one week left to Paris for Silvio and his Stölting team mates, and ahead of the decisive stages, it looks pretty satisfying.
Everyone in front of Herklotz was in a break gaining 6 minutes on a mountain stage. Looks like the biggest opponents are again Froome, Quintana and Contador.
Additionally, I tried to target green with 68 SP.
Demare is a pain in the ass, but it's far too easy to finish good in intermediate sprints.
After only two mountain stages and with four of them left, I'm really optimistic I can pull that off

Maybe im a fool, but how can i pick future greats? When i build a custom team, i am looking only for riders i germany - and there are no future greats from the young rider tab. Or do i have starting over and over so long i have future greats?

@Cio Wow, doing well!
@Phocaz Cool 100% Norwegian team.
Why did you call the team Team 000? You could also just use a jersey of a Norwegian sponsor and use the sponsor name as the team name?
Also,'Kristoff is a bit far ahead of the others I think,'though you haven't shown us the stats really(You only showed the AVG)
Enger probably has a lot potential, that Sokanovic guy looks good as well. Has he good stats and more important, good potential
Team looks more realistic like this
@Conardo Yes, starting over until you see and scout one

Hi guys,
I have started new career with South Australia team as Australian-only team. You'll see that is not absolutely true because there is one rider from New Zealand. My big talents are Karl Edge and Caleb Ewan and I predict great future for them. Jonathan Edge and Christian Nicholson are going to be good and probably win some stages on WT races. I hope for promotion next year.

On Stage 1 of Tropicale Amissa Bongo Race I was 4th and 5th behind C. Meyer J.Herrada and R.Sutherland so it was great day for my team. Also I was 2nd on New Zealand National.

0.3 is the most realistic IIRC

A custom team career, some interesting results until Giro's end: I won Paris-Roubaix with Stannard solo break from the start, he won by 2 minutes ahead of boonen; also won Tour of California with Grabsch by 30 minutes (peloton let him win by 38 mins on stage 1); Froome managed to lose Giro againts Nibali, I came 3rd with Van Garderen |

I only use the FCB database V1.1 with no further additions.
Sooooooooo......
sorry to say this, butSpoiler I just won the challenge .
Froome faded in the last stages while Quintana was really strong.
Demare WAS a pain in the ass, but the jersey was sealed after the last intermediate sprint, and Herklotz even managed to finish fifth in Paris
Well, white obviously...
And such a close teams classification
So I got a bit tired of Stölting anyway, what is the next challenge going to be?
I was thinking of some options.
-Win all GT points jerseys with Kittel (multiple times in a row?)
-keep Novo Nordisk in PCT without reinforcements
-win more TdF green jerseys with young Zabel than the old one did
etc. etc.
