Right, here we go. Sit down everybody! 
I had two careers going at the same time, which is obviously not normally a problem. I had this career and a Madison Genesis career. A couple of weeks ago my computer crashed while I was loading up the third stage of An Post Ras. A bit strange I thought because it's never happened before. When I turned it back on, guess what?
Yep, the save wouldn't load. 
So I tried the Madison career and that worked fine. I then followed the usual "corrupt save" procedure to try to find a save that worked. None of them worked. I went back FOUR weeks with the weekly saves but still no luck. Don't really understand what happened but this is the end of another story due to computer problems. Even if I could get it working, I really don't have the motivation to get back into it after all this crap. Sorry everybody, I've always wanted to get a community story going and I would definitely support anybody else that wants to give it a go.
Sorry for my incompetent computer and thanks to all those who took part and supported.
ps. If there's any good news, it's that my other career is going brilliantly and I just finished tenth in the World Champs. with, who else, IAN BIBBY!!! |
