I think they said they'd leave it blank.
Does this mean there is no USA tour winner? |

I have waited for this day for so long. I think he'll never admit to it(doing this would be illogical etc.) But hes probably worried about imprisonment for lying under oath.

I think wiggo would get promoted to 3rd. They wont do anything to the tour wins and leave them blank, but it makee sense to move up thhe placing from the 2009 tour. 2010 got reclassified. 2009 wasnt a lance year. |

Good enough for him, but they need to leave the results as they were, because most of the people that would move up (like Wiggins) were doped anyway.

It is undecided. ASO also has a say in it. I will be agreed on a new meeting friday.

Did you read about Froome today?
Doesnt believe in the Sky Anti-Doping signing thing...
Sounds like he didnt want to sign it...
https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/froom...-de-france
But unlike Lance, there is no evidence Wiggins is doped

Did we just read the same article. Cos the one I read said he signed it but was worried it might hurt the team and qquestioned whether a zero tolerence on anyone who ever doped is right. Basicallyy hhis saying that that policy means that Millar wouldnt ever be able to be part of Sky and in situations like that he feels that it might be best to have a case by case basis rather then a blanket measure. |

Maybe, but i think its more like he doesnt like Sky and wants to leave more now. Frankly i'm just very suspicious of the 2012 Sky team and this seems like a half-admission.
Open to interpretation i guess...
And onto Armstrong...
Yay, the UCI might finally have done something right

Not yet decided if those years will be kept blank or there will be a new "winner".
But 2009 has a "legit" winner and 2nd place... |

Oh in 2009, sorry, I thought it was about the Armstrong Tours. My bad, didn't pay attention to the year. |

I seemingly remember that he published his blood data and stuff from that tour and nothing was suspicious? |

Also SCA Promotions demand return of $7.5 million from Armstrong over the bonuses paid to him for his wins.

Actually it's suspicious. Haemoglobin rising mid-race, etc.
People asked Vaughters about that and he made some excuse about how different machines can skew readings a little bit if there's a mistake.
Problem is, his profiles for both Giros look exactly the same.

But I think theres a sky doping thread for a reason.
Kelvin dekker has written an open letter to Lance Armstrong. I read it in the paper, i''ll try to find a liink at home, but its utterrly brilliant as well as kinda heartbreaking. |

Which is sorta funny when you consider his father was once expelled from the Worlds for high haematocrit

Samuel Sanchez thinks Armstrong shouldn't be banned if he never tested positive.
Let's be kind and stand by Menthéour's statement about cyclists' intelligence... |

Just look on Kelvin's Twitter page or search it on Twitter there is plenty of tweets that either retweet his letter or have an article about it. |

Nothing surprising. The world will be a better place the day Samu stops using his mouth for something else than eating or drinking. Maybe he's afraid that his paisanu Noval will hunt him down if he says anything.
