Mollema 11th, Gesink 14th.
Probably some 21s or so behind. Don`t have the exact time gaps there.
Could have been worse then.

Saw that now, still I'd say pretty disappointing result, but not as bad when I saw Top 10 Tom Dumoulin on 13th is probably biggest surprise today, great for him for GC as he rode very good prologue.
Edit: Lol there were some time gaps at the end it seems

Where the hell was Vanendert? I expected more from him in this stage... Piti will win Paris-Nice, I'm betting 50 pounds at least on that
PS: The romanian commentator mentioned during the tour of oman stage 6 coverage that there will be daily night highlights from tour of langkawi, but no sign on that in the eurosport schedule. Or maybe he reffered highs on eurosport2 news...Interesting anyway, this year eurosport offers as a bonus catalunya, eroica, algarve, pais vasco and romandie I think harelbeke too. |

Not bad by Gesink after 2 months of inactivity and 3 months of revalidation. But still needs a bit more to get to his old level. Still a confirmation that hes already at 90% of his old level already.
Mollema always needs a lot of race days to get into good form. So not bad for his 2nd race but could have been better as this is normally a finish that should suit him.
Kruijswijk is a bit dissapointing but last 2 years he never had a good start either so I reckon he also needs more racedays. A guy like Valverde already raced TdU at high level so it's not strange.
Finally Kelderman has a bad cold and still finished within acceptable distance. He's good.
All-in-all it's still a bit dissapointing Rabobank didn't put anyone in the top 10, but it's not the end of the world either. It's a 2.1 prep race after all. |

Tom Dumoulin is a very pleasant surprise. Didn't know he would climb so well. |

I didn't know he could climb at all.
I'm also surprised about Menchov's climb. Didn't expect to see him well right now. |

Valverde put in a great effort in the attack(s) and managed to come away with a win. Good early season form for him. I've forgotten, do Movistar get points for wins that Valverde gets this year? Because he's an ex-doper and all. I know it's been talked about lately but yeah.

Vacansoleil had some kind of PCM train sprint with 4 in the top10?
