Anybody else needs a team leader? Maybe Froome for 5000 fee? 
More important a little question: Will it make any difference for rider development if he races in Development Team or in Usual World Tour Team? So could I also let my talents race in World Tour to profit from their stats when I still get my min. wage for dev team?

That's right, actually Celesio had to pay a fee for being over the budget.

It could make a difference, but the better the stats of a rider the less he would profit from being in a dev team.

You don't have to make transfers. Round 3 will start after round 2.3 is finished.
And please guys don't post in the transfer thread other stuff than offers and bids, things like "Ah well thats me out Frown, i am not getting in a bidding war with you, remember the Man Game  " (@sutty&Cycleman) belong in this thread or the general discussion thread.
Also don't quote the previous offer if you want to overbid it. Always quote the offer of the selling manager. The highest valid offer on Cancellara is like that 525 by admirschleck. |

I don't know about that. I would say my bid of Rebellin + 200 is better than the current bid for GVA.
Especially as Rebellin and the Chinese opium faction have a good relationship going on. |
