Challenge: Puzzling

Will start in a hour.
It's another strategy based game that involves speed and time
but timezone problems shouldn't play a factor this time around (hopefully).
I'm learning from my mistakes and try to improving the game.

Team Immunity Challenge #7: Up in the Air
It's time for the 7th Team Immunity Challenge.
After the first strategy game didn't go as smoothly as I like,
let's try another one.
How it Works -
Castaways will catapult balls for their tribe members to catch them.
To start: Each tribe needs to appoint 2 launchers, and 4 catchers.
Launchers - They put the balls in play.
When a ball is launched, it stays in the air for 15 minutes.
Individual launchers have to wait 2 hours before they can launch again.
To launch post this on the forum:
(Member Name) launches a ball in the air.
Catchers - The first catcher (can be from either tribe) to catch it after
the 15 minutes will win a point for their tribe.
If they post before the 15 minutes is up they stumble
and forfeit the right to make the catch.
To catch post this on the forum:
(Team Name) catches a ball launched from (Member Name).
You can only catch one ball per post, even if more than 1 has been launched.
Remember that you're allowed to try to catch balls
launched by the opposing tribe.
Once you choose your roles for the challenge they can't be switched.
How to Win - Which ever tribe catches the most balls in 24 hours wins.
Time Limit - 24 Hours.
Good Luck
The game starts after both tribes post their 2 launchers and 4 catchers below.
If a tribe doesn't assigned their roles after an hour it will be done for them.

We go by the website time. So seconds are not counted.
So if someone posts at 1:01 it's the first to post at 1:16 with the correct format gets the point. If a ball is in the air for longer than 25 minutes it is dropped
by both tribes and nobody gets that point.
