Brilliant movement by Özil. Wikshire daydreaming, Culina miles from where he should be and.....goal.
Podolski is crap at everything...except shooting. You can't leave him alone like that.

That's what I kept telling Inter fans about Quaresma. They wouldn't listen. They were sure they had a good player.
We'll just have to agree to disagree.
Agreed and agreed. |

Nothing was great about the shot, the keeper blundered imho.
It was shot straight at him. |

According to our commentator, the 'vuvuzela-fashion' is being adopted by the european fans too.
Mercy, please. |

I just stop hearing them. But you've mentioned them now, so I can hear them again. |

I saw a picture somewhere of what sound settings to use on a Samsung TV to not hear them.
My TV's a Grundig

I think these pictures explain very well the difference in crowd reaction between the different game events.
Not being able to hear the crowd's reaction because of those retarded little toys is a real downer. As Cruyff said, the best moment in football isn't a goal. It's when the ball hits the post and the entire stadium goes "aaaaaahhhhhh" in unison.

Yep. The problem isn't that the noise is unpleasant (it is, btw), but that it gives the impression that the crowd don't give a shit about what's happening in the match. |

Vuvuzelas are banned from most fan miles in germany due to "security reasons", and a big majority is glad about it. |

I just massively reduced the treble. It's better. Not great, but better.
It helps that the commentator is a baritone

Would you rather there was no atmosphere around the ground? The vuvuzela's create a wall of noise which rises and falls as the intensity does, creating an atmosphere which is not only constantly intense but also variable. What more do you want?
