They do sometimes. They just get trounced and put off. Come on, Roger Hammond was third, where do you expect to see him in an average pro 'Cross race in belgium? |

Well... We do but the racing they have had in GB is nothing compared to the continent. Over here is all really muddy crosses most of the time. No sand pits, hugely steep hills. Normally done in old farms. But when they come over the racing is a lot faster because the terrain is a lot harder and there is usually less mud Id always think that the more mud you have the better you would be on faster hard terrain. But riding through mud gets you into the riding style of slugging it out. |

Boom flatted in the final lap and had to ride half a lap on that flat tire, so that Al and de Knegt caught up with him again and passed him. Yet in the remaining half lap Boom fought back and rode away again. Pretty nice effort.
He's ready for Roubaix this weekend.
Nys was good, but didn't really try anymore after he flatted for the 2nd time. Lots of flat tires... |

we'll the belgians could just block the entire road at the Wk and keep stalling everyone .
why are the odds for boom so high.

Yeah for Roubaix they should.
Nys said he would take it easy in the weeks before the worlds. While Boom said he wants to try and win everything he can the coming weeks. |
