Porto 1-1 Liverpool
frustrating....Liverpool had one good play...they scored...
Porto dominated completely but the offense simply did not work.
as the british commentator on ESPN put it:
"every stat was one sided. even corners: 11-0. had Porto been anywhere near their best, Liverpool would be falling to an opening defeat"

wait, I see what you mean now. two things:
1. Quim plays for Benfica. Porto have the brilliant Hélton who starts for the Brazillian national team (he was injured today)
2. Marco's post was days ago on a completely different topic

Yes, I was talking about the league match not about CL match-day...
But Liverpool played terrible today...Porto should have won the game...
And about Benfica, it would be better if Camacho didn't choose a CL match to change the tactic...and Edcarlos is another crap player who joined Benfica...
With Veiga out, just players like this come to the club...
Good game to Quim (again), poor game by the defense...I start to miss Petit right now...

the first time I saw Kerlon do that dribble was in the u-17 world cup quite a few years ago. I liked the way the uruguay defender stopped him then...jumped in the air and scissor kicked the guy in the chest as hard as he could. that'll show him

we're having a storming start to the season. the calendar was horrible, difficult game after difficult game, yet we've won 6 from 6 and continue to sit top of the league.
7 points ahead of Sporting and 8 ahead of Benfica B)

Difficult game after difficult game? Boavista is now a bottom of the table team, Lisandro is in a awesome form and in the game with Maritimo the best player was out ...
And Paços is not definately the same team as last year...Peçanha have good interventions, but the defense lacks "Antunes factor"... difficult game in this moment, is against Setúbal or V. Guimarães...
