They get the "transfer-fee" (in Cance's case 500) or am I mistaken?
Basically, in such a case: They overpay a rider, then put him on transfer market and get money for that rider, while the buyer has to take over the original, overpaid wage and pay a fee on top of that. Dunno, it just comes off a bit weird and shady.

If riders are being transferred then yeah i guess so. But I dont know if the wage cap increases or if you can only use that money for transfers and research/scouting.

I think the transfer mechanic is thought-out very well, it's just this type of stuff that comes off a bit weird in theory. But I don't know, maybe I misunderstood something or Bikex has something against that. I don't think that unwise spending should be awarded though.
