Alright, but how can you divide 16 riders into 4? Isn't minimum pr conti race 6 riders? |

Oh, thought you were talking about planning
I divide my riders in 4 groups using Lachi's Season Planner, and then letting 2 groups ride a race
(1. Sprinters team. 2. Mountains team. 3. Hilly team. 4. Cobbles or/and domestiques team.)
Teams a bit mixed, hilly team getting 1 sprinter, mountain team getting 1 puncheur etc.

Have a young talent named Andrew Skene in my career. He's 23 now, and won TdF, Vuelta, Giro, Dauphine, and MSR! IN ONE SEASON. We want to see that talent!
I'll post his record sheet alone here:
That's one year.
And his stats.

Sick! Though still, winning 17 Tour stages? No. That's not possible with this guy! You're good!

It's probably because I play on 1.01x difficulty, instead of Hard(1.025x). Anyhow, the tour route I used was hilly enough that I could attack on the 3rd/4th Cat. climbs 10km from the finish and win by a 1' or so.

Actually, no. All of my riders OVR are waaaay messed up. For example, I have a sprinter with stats of 80SP, 79ACC, 77FL, and the game assigned an overall of 57. I don't know why it's doing that...

Long time, no update on my Virgin team (was Madison). You'll have to go back many pages to find them
Boily has now won two GT's in a row, having won the 2015 Vuelta and the 2016 Giro. The time gaps are big because it was an incredibly hard variant with 11 mountain stages! Edmondson beating Froome
Meanwhile, Horvat finally got beaten, in L-B-L, by Gilbert. But he's won seven monuments in one and a half seasons, so not too bad! I made my team a bit too strong but I'm letting a couple of leaders, including Boily , go at the end of the season. |

PCM just became the most realistic game for me: At Paris Roubaix, we had a group of 2 in the lead: Vanmarcke and Cancellara: both did their work. Before the sprint, Cancellara took the wheel of Vanmarcke, started his sprint and won.
Unfortunately I controlled Blanco,

Coincidence, I just rode Paris - Roubaix as well.
My team is clearly not capable of great WT results. I got 15th. I'm actually quite happy with that, considering my team. (Chainel 75 COB, Dumoulin 72COB, De Bie 71COB)
Not sure if it gives me WT points, have to check that later.
Next big race up is Brabantse Pijl, then Amstel Gold.

That's not bad. I got Chainel (a little bit more developed from the img you posted) to 4th in P-R last time. It wasn't really intentional though.
After a cobble section I found myself in the lead with Sagan, Pozatto and Chaniel, together with Boonen and one of his helpers. I think it was around 30km to go and the gap down to next group was small, but I decided to set the pace with Chainel, then later Pozatto. Gap grew and Chaniel ran out of steam, but he never lost their wheels, despite having just a few bars left. When we entered the Velodrome Sagan easily won the sprint against Boonen, but Chainel was able to hold the wheel of Pozzo for a great place.
It was on normal difficulty though, so I guess that makes a big difference, but my team did have 98-99 fitness

Yeah, I play on hard, but still, nice performance!
Also, Chainel was on 96/97 fitness(not sure), cause I blew him up a bit in Dwars Door Vlaanderen, Driedaagse etc.

Also, just thought I'd mention (mainly for Jesley ), that Kelderman was actually leading Bardiani Valvole (I know, brilliant right!) at the race and was the strongest rider, along with Quintana, in the final week but he lost an HOUR in the first half of the race, so ended up 22nd. |
