will Menchov beat Nibali today? I found great rate for betting
DJP19: Kreuziger for 6th in my opinion, he can beat Rujano with Rodriguez, but Menchov is looking much better then him

Where does everybody get the idea that Rujano is such a bad TTer from?
Speaking of betting, I have quite a bit on him to beat Sastre today. |

Maybe people should check up Rujano results first. |

I wouldn't expect a lot of GC changes today. Not even Gadret is bad enough in TT to lose that much time in such a short, technical ITT.
This should have been a 55km ITT. |

Giro italia 2005 time trials:
> Prologue (1.1km): 174 place 12 seconds away from winner Brett Lancaster
> Stage 8 (45km flat TT): 77 place 5 min 04 sec away from winner Dave Zabriskie
> Stage 18 (34km flat TT): 16 place 1 min 59 sec away from winner Ivan Basso
Other results in I.T.T are only local races with Vuelta a Colombia, Vuelta a Venezuela or Vuelta al Tachira which are hardly comparable to pro tour races (I didn't mention the Tour of Switzerland 2008's final I.T.T won by kreuziger where rujano came 2nd since it was a mountain time trial)
(Source: CQranking)
So i'm just saying there are way better time trailist on this type on flat terrain than rujano...

Rujano will lose 15 seconds to Kreuziger today and Rodriguez, probably the minute. |

There. Finished watching the Finestre stage. Bring on the TT
Menchov says he was suffering from allergies until the Macugnaga stage. Says he's better now. He doesn't have much luck at the Giro. 3 years ago he was the strongest but had 4 bad days in a row because of a flu.
TT win for Menchov?

Too technical for Menchov I think. But Contador says he won't go all out for the win, so yeah, why not. |

Apparently the problem with the TT course is that, being election day, there weren't enough policemen available to seal off the entire route.
