Nibali with 7min back together with Greipel. Pozzato without success. |

Nice race. Congratulations to Hushovd.
Breschel and Kolobnev had really bad luck once again. 
Great ride by Evans, Lund, Sorensen and Arashiro. Especially, I don't know how is possible to ride on the top form from January to October.. Well done, Cadel.

Hushovd wasn't the strongest, Hushovd was only as strong as the other 24 riders who entered the last 2km in the leading group. He is just a better sprinter then Breschel, Pozzato, Van Avermaet and Davis. Which is obviously, correct me if I'm wrong, not a superhuman feat or a sign of a divine intervention. Kudos to him nonetheless.
Anyways, I'm proud that a rider from Serbia has finished the WC race for the the firs time in, like, forever..
Great ride by Evans, he gave his best shot, wasn't enough.
Excellent teamwork by Leukemans, too bad there was 7km to go from the summit for Gilbert.
Italians have failed miserably, so have the Spaniards.
All in all, a good race. Not great.
If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

Italy: crazy, relays for others as usual. Pozzato is a loser, like Cunego. I said it for 3 years and that one is the evidence.
Gilbert has spent too much, and lost a WC that he could easily win.

Gilbert runs too stupid. He spent too energy because wants to be in 1st group and pay it at the ends. Hushovd should make a big cake to thaks italy, belgium and slovenia.
