I´ve spent many sleepless nights after end of season 2009. I really enjoyed my work with stars like Garzelli, Paolini or youngest of three Masciarelli brothers Francesco, achieved many success through whole season. It was some day in September when I decided to leave team in the end of year. Although they offered me new and markedly improved contract, I said "no". I felt time to move to Pro tour team is
finally coming.I received several good offers, only needed thing was to decide which one to accept. After days of hard thinking I´ve finally decided for Rabobank. BUT: my phone started to ring just before my call with Rabobank boss. "Hi mate, it´s Daniel, how are you doing?". Daniel Negreanu, one of best poker players in the world, is on the line. During long call I found out that my good friend Daniel and few other poker pros decided to enter world of cycling. "We have bought licence to CT and our team based in Germany will be called Team Pokerstars.com. Are you interested to join as team manager?", he finished.
So I´ll stay in Continental Tour for another year, some offers can´t be easily refused. Most important things were to decide, which part of races we will focus and sign suitable riders from free agents for first season. 31st of December we could finally say "It´s done, we are ready!". We imediately arranged press conference where our squad, aims and finally jersey were introduced to media.

I asked him if I can use them for one of my stories an while ago and he said it was ok so I don't see why you shouldn't
