OMG Not to mention that Astana will save many bottoms and that the Vuelta is the only work group in the future! |

Well done Flecha..
Like Caupio and devil's working tool in last year Giro.
And Ruben dont get to exited...Gesink isnt at least yet better stage racer then Valverde.
You had example how Gesink form is moving up-up..same time Valverde going down-down.
Valverde sayd before Vuelta..this time he will hunt just stage wins..then he decided go all the way. Fucked this up for shure.
And he was in tdF and stupid enough to be..to close to peak in Dauphine.
But he will be better..Valverde and Caisse probably know that 3 weeks is just to much for Valverde. Vuelta will be he's chanche in the future..never TdF
Good made Arrow
It was almost like Perez Cuapio and the Devil with his fork in the Giro 2007.
Do not get too excited - Gesink is not a better stage-racer than Valverde yet.
You made an example of Gesink's form which is getting better along the Vuelta while Valverde's form is just going down.
Valverde said before the Vuelta that he would only be on the hunt of stage-wins - then he decided to go for the overall win and sexual intercoursed that up.
Quite the same as in the Tour where he was already close to peak form in the Dauphiné.
But he will get better again after the Vuelta. Caisse d'Epargne and Astana propably knows that a three-week tour is just too much for Valverde. The Vuelta will be his only GT-chance in the future. Not the Tour.
My translation would be somewhat like that. Feel free to translate my translation...
Thanks Stairs..
I have to but my good old signature back..Terrible grammar warning! But the word's himself together to get a logical picture

This Vuelta was one of most exiting in all years , but how boring is it really the vuelta whitout Cadel , hes the number one.
The Giro have missed him for 6 years now and longer and thats not good , hope he beats armstrong, beacause now as Beltran and all his team dopers are away he will not have any help in the mountains. |

Ouf, Gesink almost lost contact with the top 7 of the GC on the climb. He is really bad at accelerations. Riding at own pace he closes the gap everytime... |

One shot left for Breschel, but he is gonna do something in Madrid. You can bank on it. And I don't have if he's not a top-notch sprint, bla bla bla, he is gonna be up there.

clearly you've never seen the Vuelta. It's usually the most exciting GT, but this year and last it's been as boring as the TDF is.

Speak for yourself, I found the TDF much more exciting than this Vuelta (But weve had this discussion before )

Yes , i know i havn't seen that many vueltas and what i wrote above was just kidding , but i noticed that the vuelta is going in the middle of the country with large roads with not that many pepole around it , it should have more stages at the coast , obviously.
More pepole , Beatiful places and places with history and good weather good tv. |

You can not compare this year GTs and previous ones because IMO it's less and less about doping |

I just saw the stage highlights. Caisse/Arroyo have zero honor. pathetic.

It was mind-numbingly boring....saying it was exciting is exactly the same as saying a football game with 0 shots by both teams was exciting "because it was such a close game all the way"...

doping has zero to do with quality of racing, except in one very specific situation:
A peloton chasing a breakaway -> less doping = immensely harder for the peloton to catch them.

1. Critérium International (easily the most exciting one every year)
2. Giro d'Italia
3. Vuelta al PaÃs Vasco
basically the exciting ones

I only watched 2 races and they were mountain stages. You can see by the frequency of the date of posting in this thread that the Vuelta is everything but exciting. |

No, Im pretty sure thats just your assumption for why anyone could possibly find the Tour more exciting than a race like the Vuelta that you have decided will always be better, never to be convinced otherwise.
