Matthews should have won that easily, can't understand his positioning today at the end..
But hell, such a ride by Martin, deserved that win. However saying so, Morkov deserves a GT stage win after the way he rode Tour last year if anyone remebers!

Wow that was not a winner I expected.
Today in the Carlton-Kirby-Is-Ridiculous update: [With 500 metres to go] "Is Tony Martin going to produce one of the most outstanding individual performances of any time in history?"
Like... it was a great ride from Martin but let's not overstate it. This wasn't Coppi in the 1946 Milan-San Remo or anything.
