Theres something called heart, basically its a big part of cycling. An example would be "he put his heart and soul into his ride today, great win". Then there's something called common sense, unfortunately it is blocked by Norwegian Hushovd syndrome for you. Its cure is simple. Watch cycling and realize Hushovd is not God. That he is not the best at any of the disciplines he excels in but is a very good opportunist. Usually for him these opportunities come when the field is a lot smaller than normal. (About 40-60 riders)
If you need help with this Syndrome of yours, you can PM me, at any time. Now I'm not the best doctor for this sort of treatment, but I don't charge a penny.
Yes, yes.. You seem like someone with a smart head, and thats good . I know Hushovd isnt the best in any of the diciplines. I know he is not God. But its really funny posting here, very simple pro-Hushovd commenst, cause som very many users that dont like it. And there many funny comments againts the norwegian comments . But surely, this win was diserved, it would also be diserved if Breschel won, or any of the others. |

You from other countries might just say what you want about who that diserves to win, but the thing is that the one that wins is the one that diserves to win, as long as any accidents has not happened. And there wasnt any accidents. Gilbert failed, didnt you see? He wnet away, and so he was pulled back again = i dont think that was his meaning about going away. You can say that he dont diserve it because he didnt take any relays, but then Cavendish didnt diserve any of his wins. And Hushovd didnt have any who could help him on his team, so i he rode right after the book.
I can easily agree with this. Hushovd deserved the win just as much as Gilbert would have if he had won.
But there's a bit difference between saying that and saying that "no one else from any other country had any chance at all"
Just for bulliyng a little bit with you . Ofcourse the others had the chance . |

It's not that I (can't speak for all on this one) don't like Hushovd, its the fact that his a million and one fans always storm the forum, with useless and uppercase prone message's telling about how Hushovd is the best or every other rider got owned by Hushovd, when he "finally" gets a result. To be honest I'm not sure why this happens, and not with any other riders (or as much as it happens with Thor) but anyway it sucks, gets annoying, and is politically incorrect on so many levels.

Norway's biggest paper at Facebook:
VG Nett-sporten Thor Hushovd is the best rider in the world! Congratulate him here.
BTW:
Thor Hushovd: - I am having cramps everywhere and am hurting, but it is fantastic.

Norwegians should be happy with the win. Not everyone else has to be so there is no need for whinging. Go and party instead of telling everyone why they should think Thor is amazing.
Learn from those who come here and say:
"THOR IS WORLD CHAMPION HAHAHAHAHA, SUCK ON THAT!!!"
That is all you need to say. |

In summary:
The attacks of Gibert and Italy( the strongest) are annulled by Spain, aided by Slovenia and Russia. But Freire can't do it. Kolobnev can't do it. Gilbert is tired. Pozzato is combing her hair. Hushovd magically appears and fu.k all.
However, it was a beautiful world Championship |

Hello, I'm a Norwegian and I'm very happy after Thor's win. But I'm not very proud of being a Norwegian on this site. It's allowed to celebrate, but calm down. Everytime Hushovd do something great, he is "way better than the rest of the peloton", "number one in the world" etc.. My fellow countrymen; let's face it: Hushovd isn't the worlds best biker, and saying this on and on again on this site, just make Norwegians silly for the rest of the users here. Please.... |

That was one of the most brilliant races I've seen in quite some time. Edge-of-your-seat action for most of the last 80 or so km. I'm a bit disappointed it wasn't Gilbert, but on the other hand I like Hushovd so I'm not too disappointed all up. |

You guys are really dumb. For real.
Hushovd was the best today, he was the one riding the best tactical way, and was the best sprinter of the strongest at the end. Alså, notice that Norway only had three riders, and that only make the victory stronger. Heia Norge, og Thor HUSHOVD |

Well done Hushovd, I'd never thought seeing you win, but well done.
And also well done Arashiro. |
