Nope, but I only need to check the transfers files before they become the next step, so I expect some managers are starting to plan.
I've been planning since before transfers

4. But as Heine I will make mistakes as Boom can`t obviously have 150 race days, doesn`t he. |

He is not just my best TTler, but also the best puncheur. So he could be my leader in almost every hilly race with a timetrial and also in all hilly races.
But I just planned the season for him. Is much more realistic this time. |

When we are done with it, should we send the race planner to SN-ManGame or the regular account?

I sent them out to the none new teams first, i.e. earlier today, because I couldnt be bothered writing an explanation about it for new managers yet, so played PCM online instead. Now, Im gonna go write an explanation

Take your time, relax or play some more keirins. You have to train for the upcoming track days.
Was just surprised to read about it in the CT thread.

Can I still change some helpers in the wild card races? So the leaders will keep the same, but the young talents will be different to the former WC list.

A rider that we enter into the Tour de l'Avenir on our sheet, despite being being eligible in all fields still isn't automatically guaranteed a spot in the race? Is that correct?

I cant 100% guarantee that they will ride Avenir, but so long as you are active during the period that Avenir applications open, you will have a very very good chance of getting in - and it can only help your cause if your team has multiple eligible riders.
Also , PT/CT teams will take priority over Div2 teams in terms of Avenir - though (for any Div2 managers reading this) depending on numbers at the time, it may be possible for example that a Div2 team could do a deal with a PT/CT team for some of their eligible riders to ride Avenir in the colours of the PT/CT team.
