are you happy with his choice Ruben? and why (not)?
I'd rather see him at CSC or Astana. But Silence is still a good team. I just don't like Evans. I hate to see Dekker working for Evans. Nightmare! |

CSC or Astana would really feed the "he left Rabo because he is a dopehead" rumours, whereas Silence is a more politically correct move at least. |

They said Dekker was fired by rabobank because of the blood values and said he refused to sign the medical contract.
That's 2 things, which are not true. I see how the French think he is a dopehead this way, when their national newspapers bring such bullshit. Actually, that message would be enough to sue them. But then again, Dekker and his management have better things to do then to react to such bullshit
@Brun: completely true, just look at Frank Schleck. |

Interesting move by Dekker. And what an amazing transfer season for Silence - Lotto. Riis could learn something here |

I think it´s also an interesting move by Silence , with Dekker and Kohl 2 young good riders who could dominate the Tour in the future
Also they got a good team for the Tour , much helpers for the mountains (Wegelius , van Huffel , Cioni etc.)
But Evans shouldn´t ride such races like L-B-L etc. I think he rides too much races and at the end , the others will get the Tour and not Evans... |

Indeed. He should stop riding so many races and focus on the Tour and races AFTER the Tour.

in an intervieuw Dekker said he hopes for a TTT in next years tour, because they'll take minutes there
also, in the interniew, Marc Sergant, said nothing about classics in Dekker's program. only stage races like tirreno with the Tour as main goal... |

We shouldn't forget Lotto's other new riders, e.g. Gilbert. They'll have a very strong team, not just for the Tour, but for the entire season. |

Theres one deal id like to know more about. And thats Ben Swifts move to Katusha. Id love to know what they are offering him. He has defiantly earned a space in a team that good and he can get some great experience from it. I think to me is a very interested transfer. Personally it surprised me when i first read the news. I though he would go to a team with more of a English connection. Say Barloworld, but Katyusha is a great move. I hope they are offering him a lot |

Reporter: "What if Caisse signs Contador?"
Valverde: "I wouldn't have a problem with him. He'd probably have a problem with me"

I think it would be great if Contador went to Caisse. They would have Valverde for the Classics and the Vuelta, he would have a good chance to take some stages in the TDF as well and Contador would be able to focus on the tour and win some small Tours on the way in.
Why would Contador have a problem with Valverde anyway? |

Contador seems to have a problem with everyone that doesn't bow down to him without asking questions.

Unzué of Caisse was asked about signing Rui Costa
Said bla bla, extremely talented, very possible and other politically correct bullshit.
The important part: Caisse won't sign anyone else. The squad is 100% defined.

Would you not want Rui Costa to sign for Caisse? |

I don't really care. His answer is what all directors say about all riders "very talented, we might sign him, bla bla"
The only real information there is that they won't sign anyone else. And that's interesting, I think.

What do you think about that Gustav Larsson will ride for Caisse next year, Smoothie?
I'm a little bit confused why he signed with Caisse.

yeah i was very shocked when i read the news about that. I personally don't think its the best move. He should have stayed with Saxo-Bank imo. But at the end of the day if it was a good offer by Caisse why turn it down. Im sure they won't squash his talent and he should have some good victories next year. |
