I don't know which match to watch. The France-Italy game should be good, but so should the Romania-Holland match.
Romania took 4 points off Holland in qualifying and now Holland are already qualified and will probably send out a weaker team. It's all in Romania's favour really.
I still don't know which to watch though Probably the Romania-Holland game.
Holland will not let Romanian win, because they had big troubles with them in the qual, and they don't want to meet them in the semifinal!

I've just seen; France and Italy could face a meaningless penalty shoot-out
If they draw the match, but because both matches are on at the same time, they will have to go to extra-time and then penalties, and it could be for no reason at all

Seriously? I only thought that rule counted if they were deciding who should progress to the quarter finals. |

Why should they face in a penalty shootout? If they draw and Romania lose, then there are three teams on equal point, which means that a penalty shootout wouldnt be used.

Both Italy and France are tinkering with elimination ahead of their final pool encounter. If Romania beat Holland in tonight's other game both the Azzurri and Les Bleus will definitely be out, regardless of their result.
If, along with a Romania win, Italy and France were then to draw their game, they would be forced to play a penalty shootout in order to determine who finishes third in the group.
It would be a rather painful ordeal for the players with nothing at stake, but it would nonetheless provide an entertaining repeat of the 2006 World Cup final which Italy won on spot-kicks.
It says that they will there. Hopefully it won't come to that. Italy will win and Romania will win

Here's what I find amazing: Razvan Rat is 27 and has not missed a single game through injury in his career
Anyway, GO ROMANIA!

That depends. Now Spain, who must be one of the main fav so far, meet a nation like italy i the quarters. if it had been Romania, it would have been easier for Spain to reach the semies, which could have backslapped Holland. |
