Pretty nice ride by the two Sørensens today, especially Chris. Just too bad the Di Luca group got 50 seconds on the pack.

Well my money's on him that's for sure. I'm just a bit annoyed now that I didn't pick in the Grand Tour Game :x

I was counting on Klöden too. I mean, Contador came back from holiday, Klöden has just won Tour de Suisse. It makes no sense at all. Dope screws you up |

typical fans, always so quick to judge.
The first mountainous stage is always like this. A few of the riders who did so well today will be nowhere in the second stage, and it doesn't matter if that second one is tomorrow or two weeks from now, because that will happen.
Also, some that were crap today will be good.
If anyone wants examples, i can name quite a few. Rare are, in fact, the 3-week races in which this doesn't happen.
Except Rujano, of course, as I've been saying all along, the only way he might return to being good is having Savio as a team leader.
And even then I doubt he'll get his motivation back. He lost over 16 minutes today. Was it on pourpose? I have no idea.

Kløden still has the two TT he ca gain a lot of time in. But he have not looked too strong so far but he can get in shape too the last week. Contador do not look so strong so far he had to let Ricco and Di Luca get some seconds yesterday and on the second stage and he will not gain many seconds on a TT vs Di Luca. Di Luca looked tired a little period but finished beautifully. Ricco have looked strongest in the mountains. But in the last week everything can be changed. But let just hope that Di Luca wins or Ricco if Di Luca is not in good enough shape(come on boys kick some Astana ass) |

I still have Klöden as my favorite, he hasn't lost that much time and the first mountain stage is never deciding.
Also, Larsson in the front groupB) |

141 Geraint Thomas (GBr) Barloworld 55.30
156 Charles Wegelius (GBr) Liquigas
159 Mark Cavendish (GBr) High Road
160 Bradley Wiggins (GBr) High Road
161 Steven Cummings (GBr) Barloworld
Apparently when they all get dropped they have a nice chat until the end, although Geraint's doing very wellB)
Millar is 85th and they're all above McEwen

I'm hoping that Larsson can do well in the TT and maybe break the top 10 overall.

That's funny. I can imagine them all sitting in the back, just chit-chatting. They should record it |

Contador even said he was dead today, but was happy that even though his legs were dead he could keep up with the front and not lose much time. |

Sorry, no way a break takes it 3 days in a row, the sprinter's will not stand for it.
