Well, the results of the XMLs in the new PCM 15 progression system aren't properly tested, but the XMLs will function just fine, yes.

Using the pcm daily expansion db, am I screwed being a swedish rider? To be more clear, is the swedish championship simulated? (as I got no message about the simulated championships)
And I also saw that there is no swedish team in the worlds... |

No playable swedish championship and no swedish team at the worlds.
I'm hoping to make a mod for Daily v1 when it comes out, which adds mixed national teams and some of those really small national championships. Playability be damned.

2nd in the Giro, which i peaked for, behind Quintana.. Quintana was unstoppable
Then I ride the Tour as bonus, with a lot of rest and little form. And this happens

As helper for Bardet I somehow managed to win the damn thing |

Hi guys, first let me say thanks to you all for this thread, I've been out of the pcm loop for a couple of years and it was reading this that made me come back and really enjoying it.
A question I have which I may have missed from before, is there a way to add a photo to the 'Be a Pro' choices at the beginning? I'd really like to add maybe a young Merckx or Fignon etc. |

PS. I started in this races and I was 5th and 155th (but as i said i can see only results i couldn't play) |

In 3rd season as a puncheur currently, with top stats 78 Hill, 73 Mountain and 80 Acc.
Racing my first GC at La Vuelta with LottoNL, things were going well as I was 12th in the GC with a stage win going into the final week. However, despite finishing 10th on stage 13, when I opened the results it turned out my rider had withdrawn with a broken Coccyx...
Anyone had anything else like this? I would understand if I had crashed or if I had struggled that day but finishing 10th and then withdrawing with a break seems a bit unrealistic.
Anyway will return in late September so will try to grab a result at Lombardia before the end of the season. Unfortunately can't race the WC as I'm Eritrean, a flaw of this mode I think that riders from smaller countries can't ever race it. |

i had the same once, finished the race, and after the race suddenly i was abandoned and a fractured skull, 3 months out.
Somehow the game is really unfair and unrealistic in this aspect |

Hi to everybody,
How do you think that it's the best way to train an all around rider? Starting as a Stage races specialist and train him as puncher to gain acceleration and then climber?
Or start as climber or puncher and then training him as stage race specialist?
The problem to start as Stage race specialist is that he is soooo slow and it's so complicated to win any stage.
So what do you think about it and what is your experience in it? |

Well, I can give you at least my current experience:
I started with a stage race rider on grand champion potential yesterday. I thought of training the side stats. Stamina, acceleration and sprinting are just not going up nevertheless I'm trying to train on puncher and climber and stuff.
at level 16 I gave up and decided to train on stage races, result when going to level 17: +1 downhill, +2 recuperation and +1 resistance.
I don't know nif this is a general thing or not tough. |

I have a stage race rider on level 18 at the moment:
79 mountain 78 hills 74 rec. Both TT atts on 73. I've really only trained him on Hills, to get rid of the low Stamina att (still on 68 however...)
Is it any use being domestique for a leading rider anyway? I mean, do you get some extra features if your lead rider wins anything? I'm really just riding for myself, and seem to finish before my "lead rider" most of the time anyway. |
