Also is it possible to do a report purely on the replay at the end of the stage?

Only of it has changed in PCM13. In older versions it's not possible to see the riders names in the replay nor is it very easy to find a specific rider you might be looking for (as in the last stage of Qatar where Cavendish was suddenly gone)

Le Tour de Langkawi Stage 2

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/PCM0002_zps0b3f6720.jpg

Favourites: Brookes (BAR), Guardini (AST), Howard (OGE), Kruopis (OGE), D.Van Poppel (VCD)
Outsiders: Alinejad (RLT), Davis (OGE), Porsev (KAT), Siskevicius (SOJ), Vantomme (CRE)

Weather: 28°, bright sun. No wind at all.

A short stage with a big climb in the middle. Nevertheless, should still end in a bunch sprint.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0001_zpsf0b1d902.jpg

110 km to go: De Mesmaeker (TNN) doesn't waste any time as he attacks almost instantly. At first nobody responds.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0002_zpsa218fd3b.jpg

105 km: A few kilometres later, the young Belgian is joined by Amorison (CRE) and white jersey wearer E.Kovalev (RVL), who is clearly after the combativity prize here. The peloton is happy and lets them go.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0003_zps878a0d75.jpg

95 km: At the first sprint, Amorison picks up maximum points, ahead of Kovalev and De Mesmaeker. The peloton, still cruising along, are now three minutes behind.

81 km: The breakaway now has 5'00 on the peloton but with this being such a short stage, that's all they will be allowed as Orica - GreenEdge begin to take control.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0004_zpsff51bc2e.jpg

65 km: On to the first category climb and Kovalev is first over the top, ahead of Amorison and De Mesmaeker. The Russian will obviously wear that jersey tomorrow. The peloton just roll through, nobody attacking for the remaining points. Kuznetsov (KAT) leads them over but, interestingly, both Hintermuller (MTN) and Spilak (KAT) pick up a few points.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0005_zpsba8d1092.jpg

34 km: At the second sprint of the day, Amorison again wins, with De Mesmaeker nudging ahead of Kovalev this time. Peloton are 2'00 back.

At this sprint, yesterday's surprise package Tleubayev (AST) and Venter (MTN) both crash and they end up way back. The South African looks in a particularly bad shape but will be able to finish.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0006_zps2304c945.jpg

12 km: The breakaway is easily reeled in and with still more than ten kilometres to go, it looks like we are set for a frantic finale with lots of teams looking to gain an advantage. At the moment, Astana and Vacansoleil are at the front but you can be sure Bardiani aren't far away.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0007_zps5cef3ba5.jpg

3 km: Fast forward to the final three kilometres now as nothing else has happened. There are four distinct trains, with BAR, AST, VCD and OGE all ready to launch their quick men. Felline (AST) and Stauff (MTN) are behind Brookes (BAR). Behind Guardini (AST) is Vantomme (CRE), while Alinejad (RLT) (wearing the blue points jersey) is behind D.Van Poppel (VCD). Strangely, despite the fact that he won the first stage, nobody is behind Howard (OGE).

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0008_zps17aa1314.jpg

2 km: Guarnieri (AST) now leads the way as they approach the final corner, with Guardini and Vantomme in great positions. Once again, O'Callaghan (BAR) struggles to keep Brookes at the front. Alinejad is looking pretty boxed in at the moment, while Vacansoleil are all over the place. Howard, meanwhile is making serene progress around the outside of all this carnage.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0009_zpsb83f08a7.jpg

1 km to go: Under the flamme rouge, it couldn't be any closer! Kruopis (OGE) and B.Van Poppel (VCD) are in the lead at the moment, as they lead out their team mates. Vantomme has already launched his sprint and is about to take the lead but Guardini, Alinejad and Brookes are also coming.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0011_zps36a9e6c8.jpg

500m to go: It's getting even closer and a blanket finish looks on the cards. Yellow jersey wearer Howard can't find a gap between Kruopis and B.Van Poppel. Brookes, Alinejad and D.Van Poppel are flying whereas Guardini is once again struggling to compete.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0012_zps4553fb6d.jpg

FINISH: Brookes (BAR) can celebrate a much-needed win as he was just way too strong for the others in the final few hundred metres. Alinejad finishes second once again despite having no leadout. Impressive stuff from the Iranian! Howard couldn't find a way through and has to settle for fifth, while Walker (TNE) took a commendable ninth despite being in the breakaway yesterday. Alinejad's consistency gives him the leader's jersey. What a great stage.

Congratulations to Brookes and Bardiani, well deserved for them. Also curious how the reporters like Dermot Walker Wink

Indeed, it's hard to get across just how close these sprints are live but the 500m screenshot is pretty close. Edge of the seat stuff. Also, just noticed on that screenshot, the people in the grandstand on the left don't have a great view with that big concrete wall in front of them .

Looking forward to the mountains though. Grin

Le Tour de Langkawi Stage 3

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/PCM0003_zps0df82c1e.jpg

Favourites: Spilak (KAT), Duarte (COL), Pellizotti (AND), Brajkovic (AST), Weening (OGE)
Outsiders: Jones (SOJ), Hintermuller (MTN), Chaves (COL), Atapuma (COL), Pirazzi (BAR)

Weather: 27°, sunny. Strong wind. 40kph tailwind for most of the stage, turning into slightly weaker headwind in the final 10km.

The first of two mountain stages, this one is by far the easier of the two. The likelihood is we won't find out the winner today but who can't win will be decided.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0001_zps847a5cf2.jpg

134 km to go: Again, RusVelo are on the attack but today it's Mironov who is given the freedom. He is soon joined by Delfosse (CRE) and Venter (MTN), who crashed heavily yesterday. He's made of strong stuff.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0002_zps60fd9685.jpg

127 km: However, Vanspeybrouck (TSV) and Gerard (BRE) also attack and the peloton is not happy as numerous teams give chase. Even with a big climb at the end, they still don't want too many riders up the road.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0003_zps81d234fc.jpg

116 km: Mironov wins the first sprint ahead of Delfosse and Venter. The other two riders have been caught by the peloton and everything has calmed down.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0004_zps5b397a39.jpg

114 km: But within seconds, Leukemans (VCD) is off and the peloton let him go. Gerard (BRE) once again follows and strangely, the peloton is fine with these five this time. They soon catch the other three and we have a five-man escape.

97 km: Mironov wins the second sprint as well, ahead of Delfosse and Venter. The other two were too tired from the chase to compete.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0005_zps93f2f9d3.jpg

80 km: The final intermediate sprint is won by Leukemans, ahead of Mironov and Gerard. The peloton are 4'30 behind this group now.

72 km: The breakaway has their maximum advantage of 5'20 as they hit the first climb of the day. Oddly, it's UnitedHealthcare on the front of the bunch. Does Deignan feel good?

69 km: Venter is first over the top of the third category climb, ahead of Mironov and Gerard.

50 km: We're well on to the long 1st category climb now and Chiarini somehow crashes going uphill! He is okay and easily catches back up to the bunch.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0006_zps96fd3b2a.jpg

39 km: Gerard and Delfosse are dropped from the lead group as Venter pushes on. The peloton is only two minutes behind though with Vorganov (KAT) and Sinaga (SOJ) setting a ferocious pace. The sprinters are in serious trouble now, with Brookes (BAR), Guardini (AST) and Howard (OGE) dropped.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0007_zpsb4ec75c0.jpg

32 km: Venter has gone it alone over the top to pick up maximum points. Leukemans and Mironov are still ahead of the peloton but they won't be for much longer. Race leader Alinejad (RLT) loses contact at the very top of this climb along with, surprisingly, but only temporarily, Jones (SOJ).

15 km: The peloton begins the HC climb and everyone is happy to sit in the bunch and wait. There has not yet been one attack from the favourites as Katusha continue to tap out a rhythm.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0009_zps105c0701.jpg

10 km: After a great effort, Venter is finally caught and the breakaway is over. Just a kilometre or so from the top of this climb, Losada is at the front with Spilak right behind him. Jones, Brajkovic and Pellizotti are also right up at the front.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0010_zps2701e644.jpg

9 km: Losada leads what's left of the peloton over the top, with Spilak still almost nailed to the Spaniard's back wheel. It looks like it will be a sprint amongst the climbers into what is now a pretty strong headwind.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0011_zpsd4a17825.jpg

3 km: There have still been no attacks, what a strange day! KAT, AST, SOJ and AND are all up at the front but it's anyone's guess who they're working for and what's going to happen. It looks like chaos at the moment. Felline is still in the group but is on his last legs and won't be able to sprint.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0012_zps00b7d2c8.jpg

1 km to go: Vorganov and Losada are weirdly going head to head with their team leader Spilak not too far back. Sinaga is the Sojasun rider in third but the stronger riders are coming from much further back. Still anyone's guess here.

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0014_zps358eff52.jpg

500m to go: Spilak now takes the lead with Duarte coming quickly on the inside. All of the team leaders are up there, with Pellizotti, Hintermuller and Brajkovic trying to compete for the win. With just a few metres to go, it's still impossible to predict!

i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd369/brewers90/EPIC%20Langkawi/PCM0015_zps92dba6ce.jpg

FINISH: That is pretty close! Pellizotti (AND) just beats Duarte (COL) and Spilak (KAT) on the line. Vorganov held on for fourth, just ahead of Hintermuller (MTN). All of the favourites finished together in a group of 42 riders. I said the climb was easy but that was pretty disappointing racing from the outsiders here.

Behold! The great mountain AI of PCM 13. At least Spilak didn't win.

Dippofix
Nice stuff there from Joe, but slightly dissapointing stage in general.

brewers90
To be fair, and I will defend the PCM AI (Shock), that "mountain" is so incredibly easy, I'm surprised Alinejad didn't hang on. Fucking Flecha was still in the group. And Hagg (no offence, Mr Hagg, but you're not exactly a climber). Still, amazed there wasn't one attack. That should mean they will go crazy on stage 5, just running amok on the climb like they have got the RAGE virus.

LLDS
Wow, I never saw a 42 peloton at the end of this stage.

Jesleyh
Well, I'm with Brewers here.
This is just the most crazy mountain stage of PCM(except some custom ones ofc). A 60km climb(allright, you could say 2 climbs), but finish altitude on 1400m
