The lead has dropped to 5m 37s

Hansen/Christina Watches and Beyer/Competitve Cycling have gone clear on their own and have already opened up a gap of over two minutes on there fellow escapees, who seem resigned to going back into the peleton

Team NSP Ghost have come to the front of the bunch to keep up a steady pace as there are now only the two leaders up the road and they have a gap of 2m 21s

With the final two escapees caught Team Chipotle come to the front to help Team NSP keep the pace high to the finish

Team Type 1 come to the front to try and spoil the pace so that there is a chance for there man Serebryakov

They are really laying down a fast pace as they go under the five kilometre to go banner

And the sprint has started

A nice and steady start for the team here in Russia with a top ten for Alexander and a surprise lead in the Mountains Classification with Vegard

Balck/Team Concordia and Ershov/RusVelo have an advantage at the moment of 1m 10s

Two has become four with the arrival of King/Competitive Cycling and Mullervy/Team Exergy, who have made it across the gap from the bunch

The lead has grown to 4m 20s

Once again its teams Team NSP Ghost and Chipotle First Solar that are doing the chasing on the front of the peleton

Mullervy/Team Exergy has been dropped from the group as they try their hardest to stay away

All the breakaways have left is 28s as the fast moving peleton closes in on them

Team Type 1 are once again at the head of affairs, but they cant get complacent after the failure to win yesterday from such a position

Its the usual suspects at the front as we pass under the red kite, this one is going to be a hard one

And its our very own Alexander Serebryakov who finishes the sprint to perfection as he crosses the line ahead of Von Hoff of Chipotle First Solar

I am absolutely delighted with the stage today, Alexander grabs us a Brilliant stage win and now leads the race Overall as well as having the points and Young Rider jersey's as well, and Vegard Stake Laengen leads the Mountains Classification.
These days don't come along too often so i may allow myself and the guys a glass of wine at the dinner table tonight
