If I install the latest update, can I continue with my career which I already started ? |

Well, the latest update won't have any impact on your current career, thus you won't benefit from the change. However, you can fix it quite easily yourself.
Open STA_stage, find the last stage of Qinghai Lake and change the month to 7 instead of 8. |

When i go into the DB/savegame generated with the 3.2 version, there is newly generated rider-talents (teamid 120) with potential 9. Normal should be 1-8? |

True, we're aware of that, but we weren't able to find out why it suddenly started generating pot 9 riders. I don't think it has any 'influence' on the game. |

I am having same issue as Il Grillo. I am not getting pcm.exe or anything, game just hangs between 07/06/09 and 08/06/09. I am using Astana, and have just been running through simulating most of the first year... |

Could you try uploading the save game? I'd like to give it a try. |

Here is a savegame on 07.06.
https://rapidshare...8.cdb.html
Got past it now with changing the "date" and "stage_current" in the gam_config table. See if the game continues without problems.

Well, since I've been simulating an extreme amount of seasons due to the March bug in 2010, it'd seem wierd if there's a problem in the final DB. Anyway, will test it. |

I assume since, the 1st stage of Dauphine is the same dates that Il Grillo and I were talking about, we are talking about the same issue |

They don't, but smaller countries with small teams do, of course, not have as many races as e.g. Cervelo. |

I know CrueTrue has probably got his hands full, so for now, I wouldn't mind trying your fix.
I can find both fields you changed but not sure what to do with either.
I assume for "stage_current" you increment by 1
Not sure about "gene_i_date" |

i skipped the whole 08.06. so no results there for any races and stages. I think its possible to do the same without skipping the 08.06. by just skipping to the next day by this method.
1.open the savegame with hannes converter or full editor and open the tables "sta_stage" and "gam_config"
2.got to "sta stage" and sort the columns by gene_i_computed_day
3.search for stages from 09.06. take the first and note down the "idstage" value and the "gene_i_computed_date" value. You need them for the gam_config.
4.Now go to gam_config and insert in "fkIDstage_current" the "idstage" you got from the "sta_stage" then go to "gene_i_date" columns and insert the "gene_i_computed_date" you got from the "sta_stage"
5. Save the table and then save the savegame-db, dont forget to choose the gam_config in the save-process.

I'm having some different problems with the DB. I run Vista 64 bit, so I tend to have problems with PCM, but anyway: I am getting a crash on the 3D race of the 3rd stage of the Tour of California, I can sim past it fine though. Also, the 3D stage for the last stage of the Mallorca Challenge is screwed up, the road is on a spit of land sticking up out of the ocean for most of the race. Also, I thought this DB had updated stages for the Tour Down Under, but it seems to only have the one climb of the Willunga hill. |
