Hasn't been mentioned by anyone on the site yet, but that was Cav's 21st professional stage win and considering he is just 23 years old and has only been a professional for 1 an a half years, that is very, very impressive.

Second that.
Cav is the man to beat right now on the flat stages.
Still can't believe that Lövkvist is at the top of the youth rankings. We'll se how he manage the mountains now.

I still think Friere will be first in the green jersey competition when it comes to sprinters, but at this point I think Kirchen has it, as he will pick up points in the mountains as well. Cav is riding great though, and no one is saying he's an cocky guy now whenever he says he's the fastest over the last 200 meters, today proved it. |

To comment the last few stages, Cavendish has proved he is one of the worlds best sprinter now, maybe the best at the moment.
Kirchen seems to be good at everything nowadays.
Schumacher should be caught within a week hopefully.
Lövkvist has the youth jersey
and about today, according to an online race yesterday, this is a hilly stage for riders like Bettini and Pineau |

My comments:
Cav has proven too strong for most of the sprinters, good stuff.
Kirchen looks good in yellow and i think that he will still have it at the end of today because its unlikely that Evans will move out of someones wheel.
Valverde looks good, keeping himself safe after the crash and not wasting energy his team look a bit refreshed too |

Damn, i'm looking forward to todays stage... Looking forward to see what Lövkvist, Kreuziger and Nibali can do. Maybe even Monfort, who's been surprising me...
I have a good feeling about Nibali or Samuel Sanchez today. And I think Cunego, Ricco and Devolder will be having a hard time. Perhaps Kirchen too. Schumacher should be dropped fairly easily today. |

I see Nibali as an amazing talent, but I have a feeling he has worked too much for the team so far, same with Lövkvist, also had to work too much. |

I really hope Cadel Evans attacks soon, it gets a bit tedious seeing numerous people call him a wheel-sucker who never attacks in every page of this thread

Cadel will not atack without a reason (like he tryed to beat Valverde at Dauphine). He is best man at the peloton at the moment sry. Ruben . If something strange wont happens he will take tour win).
I have serious question about Valverde..he will fuck up all this year. (agree with isso TT coment about Valverde ..he was terrible).
Kirchen, Cav. , Lövkvist Columbia team ..wow.
Britain members..gg. Cav. is a character..he is crown up now. Talks like human being (who worked with he's PR)..and people will like him...amzing sprinter he is.
Cunego realy sucks..and even with he's new hair style.
Ricco is talking about bull again...he will go with GC has high has possible, he s not there just to take stage win's.
French riders group atack will continue..home race must get them grazy. |

Cadel is a wheel sucker, they are his tatics, and they work. If he can suck the other contenders wheels and follow them, get the same time at finishes then he will win by the Stage 20 Time trial. It'll work perfectly for him. Unless he has a bad day of course.

Apart from his jersey he looks like he hasn't crashed, it doesn't seem to bother him at all, so I wouldn't worry.
Only 20 km to the first category 1 climb of the Tour

One thing I'm sure of: no matter how badly Evans does today, tomorrow he'll do worse. The effects of crashes always get worse on the next day, and worse still the second day after. he's lucky the pyrenees are only two days.
