I'm portuguese and so a fan of Real Madrid for now and it's obvious that Barcelona need to change that style, but...
...come on now, why did Bayern hired the coach that made Barcelona played like that? Why did they dominated world football the past years with that "horrendous" football style? Or why did Spain won 2 Euros and 1 World Cup using that style and most of Barça players?

That's a perfect comment!
BTW, how can Guardiola ever beat Heynckes, if he manages to win the CL? That seems kind of impossible for me
Barca is has really turned a lot worse. The way Robben scores...everyone knows his trick, turn inside and shoot, and they still let him... as a top team.. terrible defending

I do agree, but what i meant was that the "horrendous" fotball style is very boring for an objective watcher. Also a team like Bayern that i don't like plays more pleasent football for the eye as a objective at least.

Apart from Alba, I don't see the Barca defense as top.. That doesn't make Robben less predictable however

Barca was never a world class team if it comes to defending, but they evened that out with total domination in the past.

And even Alba is not that outstanding. Not better than Lahm or Alaba.
That is true. I think and hope this is the end of this era. I hope for a new, more competitive one with not only Spanish teams, but also with German, English, Italian, French (and maybe even Dutch) teams.

In the previous game, Robben did the opposite an scored also.

Can't beiieve it that there will be a German final in the Champions League.
I guess that it will be seen in Germany on TV like the World Cup 2006 games.
But I wonder how boring it will be for non-german fans. A champions league "bundesliga" game in Wembley that will be seen worldwide on TV.
At the festivities for the 150th birthday of the FA the UEFA gave them the final (after 2009 I guess) and then the Germans spoil it.
I wouldn't say Barcelona is bad but Bayern are following the footsteps of them with their next final in just a couple of years even though the finals against Inter and Chelsea were lost.

You really want to know about thise spanish titles????
Ask Fuentes, or scrape some DNA from that damaged bloodbags.
Their style was super effective, till the time opponents learn how to crush it (last year). Now they need to change it, or they will stagnate. But it was never good football to watch. Almost thousand passes per game, 800 of them on own half and most boring style ever invented.
Guardiola in Bayern does not mean playing tiki-taka i think, if yes, then i hope Guardiola is shot befor he gets the job, it would make another great club unwatchable borefest of passing on own half...

I think era of Bayern domination is coming, brace yourselves.
But i dont have nothing against it ,as long as they will still play enjoyable football like this year...
"a quarter hour left" (in minute 69)
"he surely has a head made of steel" (when Müller hit Bartra's shoulder with his shot, he kept that opinion until after three slow-motions...)
"for Heynckes, every game starts at 0-0"
"Maske un club"
...
Plus, now he reacts to the medial shitstorm by criticising "social, or rather antisocial networks".
People say he's the best advertisement to buy a Pay-TV rival Sky subscription just to avoid him in the final. I wholeheartedly agree, and happily reserve my pub seat 5 hours in advance just because of that.
