Yes. His form is actually better than I anticipated. I just hope he'll go for the classification in La Vuelta, as the plan "Go for stage wins" never seems to work for him.
He won't win the vuelta, doubt he could top 10 if his forms like the Giro, the only vuelta he could win would be the voelta portugal which he is down to ride...
I just hope he doesn't screw up two GTs a year. Last year he sucked in the Tour and had bad luck on La Vuelta, while having a very good form. If he's close to 100% in La Vuelta, then he's good enough for top five.

I'm not so sure anymore, his best chance will be the WC, if the race goes his way again. If not that theres always lombardy

Good climbers racing on Portugal are: Hector Guerra-Liberty Seguros (best rider in my opinion, though, maybe not the best climber), Ruben Plaza-Liberty Seguros and David Blanco-Duja Tavira.
