guys, stop discounting Verbier, it's not an "easy" climb.

It's a big GC day today

just on a twitter note, I cant believe Armstrong and Bruyneel complains about Garmin blocking yellow for Hincapie, how many times hasn't Armstrong destroyed for people he doesn't like just because he can?

Not just because he could. Once because Simeoni had testified in court that Armstrong's trainer is not a trainer but instead a doping planner (the infamous haematologist Dr. Michele Ferrari).

And Bassons because Bassons rode clean and Armstrong was very pissed off at that. Or as Armstrong said to Bassons "you think you're better than us? If you don't like the sport why don't you just disappear?"

But yeah, extremely hypocritical.

Pretty lovely landscape indeed. It reminds me of my days at Grenoble. Or several years ago in Colombia. Sad

Not puncturing, I think. Just a bike changing; I guess a lighter one for the col.

Spilak should be very interesting in this finale. Especially because it seems like he's been saving himself through the first part of the Tour. He finished 45 minutes back a few days ago, that was 20 minutes after the grupetto, and it can't because of bad form, as that would have made it impossible for him to be in this position today.

I don't think they were complaining about Garmin.

People were blaming Astana (and Lance) for catching Hincapie. They're just saying "Hey, don't look at us... it was Garmin and AG2R... when we were at the front they were gaining huge ground.".

It surprises me a bit that Liquigas pulls the peloton so much and hard.....Can't believe that they believe that Kreuziger/Nibali/Pellizotti will do amazing on the Verbier climb, but it might be perfect for them, it is not too hard for their team leaders.

CrueTrue
Who knows - maybe they made some sort of deal with Astana.
