BUT, there is a "back" button. At least, I use it all the time (but maybe my mind plays tricks on my, or on the game???) |

Hum... Don't really know.
Was probably because in every software, back buttons are always upleft... Look at your brower for example ;-)
However, don't think it's a huge issue here, hmm ? ^^ |

So, you complain that there's no back button. And now you complain that they changed the interface to allow a back button?
About it, it's true that it does not always work. There are some screens it won't let you go back to, but it's a minor problem. |

Have a game that doesn't crash. Ever.
There is nothing that makes me want to never start PCM again for as long as I live than wanting to play a little bit and then having it crash on me at least once even if it's not at an inopportune time it's infuriating.
I've played other games for many years through many editions and never experienced a single crash that I remember.

The play-as-a-rider idea would be way way above any other for me.
I would like more interaction with the riders. Even if it's just stuff like demanding to be picked for certain races before they sign a contract, or lobbying to get an extra climber to help them in the mountains, or having personal goals for races/seasons/careers.
Some other management sims make you care about your riders/players, but as much as I play PCM I can't say that riders are ever more than a name at the top of their stats page.
I'd also like slightly more randomness in a rider's progression. I'd like talented riders that never reach their potential, and other that achieve more than their stats would suggest.

I think once in a while it is OK to tell you all that cyanide closed their "suggestions for PCM2010" forum. So one can assume that they will not accept any more suggestions. And most probably they will not scan other forums for suggestions if they have enough in their own. |

And I think that I can once again tell you that it's okay to suggest ideas even when the forums are closed. E.g., they might end up being used for PCM11.
Also, it's happened several times that Cyanide has decided not to include a feature in the 'last minutes' - with more 'pressure', a feature is less likely to be dropped.
(And yes, Cyanide does read PCM.daily) |

don't know if it's already been mentioned but there should be some kind of way to work out the maximum time allowance for stage races. ie at the moment there is no way of telling who is riding within the time limit and who is outside it. i sat 3 of my riders in a large group of 15 the other day thinking they'd be safe but the whole group got timed out. if i'd have known i would have sent them to the front to do a bit of work. maybe a little icon could appear above they're head to warn they are close to the limit and then turn red when they are outside the limit.

it's normally about 30 min for flat
45 for hilly
1 hour for mountain
although sometimes they give you more than that i find you can normally avoid it quite easily if you just go 50 on dot up the final hill

I'm reading PCM.daily sometimes (well not ...daily) and other from Cyanide do too.
The features list for PCM2010 is already done, but the suggestions are still interesting. In the two last PCM, some suggestions were made during the betatests and we included some on the release game. |
