Well, I've just bought Battlefield 2414 while being in the USA. They had written 25 $ (c. 160 DKR) on the label beneath the case box, but well, it was of course supposed to cost 50 $ - but because the label said 25, I got it for 25 - a real coup for the price
I'm playing it a lot, especially online.
Besides that, nothing really. I don't have time for more.
still playing this crue? i play as well
I've been playing Battlefield 2 a lot lately, but not 2414

well I've finally kicked up the graphics of Crysis from Dx9 up to Dx10 to try the limits of my new card.
the result can be described as follows:

Shame on you...the graphics would look "super-hiper-mega-ri-amazing". Crysis is awesome, I just don't like the aliens part. Zero gravity and that kind of crap...but I like to be invisible and kill at one yard distance with the shotgun.

and here's Crysis in dx10 in Windows XP (yes, that's possible). bear in mind it'll look better in Vista as there are more dx10 effects in Vista.
(underwater screen taken by me)

Im currently enjoying yet another Diablo-clone in shape of the Mythos beta. The key difference in this Diablo-clone is that some of these blokes thats making it, worked for Blizzard once.

ATI HD 3870. second best card on the market and half the price of it's competitors for second place.
so...instead of buying one of the other ones, I just bought this one and in a short while I'll buy another equal one and I'll connect them by crossfire and I'll have both cards running as one mega-card. all for the price of one of the other cards
oh, and it's also compatible with directx10.1 (not 10, but 10.1)

yup. costs 3.5X what this one does and according to benchmarks, gets 5 more FPS running crysis at full detail. not worth it, I'd say. especially when two of mine are far cheaper and will together be far more powerful

You can buy a 8800GT for 250€, so it's not any big diference to your card, and almost the same...but 8800Ultra (and with OC) are very very very abusive and expensive...
