I see Teruel hanging on nicely in these hilly criteria... he's performance he's somehow being very pleasant until now with already a podium and a top10! Maybe he can achieve something more
btw great reporting SN
and damn it I have to say it... congrats slb...

I have bad luck so far with the fall from Valjavec, but at least I've been in the breaks a lot. Valjavec does have a podium and will have a great shot for a win, so I'm not worried. |

first mountain stage but the climbs don't look like being too steep so maybe Weening can hang on with the big guys.

It's good to see my old B-squad rider, Teruel doing so well. I would have kept him if I hadn't so many other sprinters.

The last climb is mostly 5% before picking up a bit at the end |

I know I sound like Magenta, but bear with me, I'm just really excited for the start of the season.

5% isn't too much and we could see a sprint between the favourites or a late attack on the last part.

Where the hell was Valjavec??????????? Did he even attack????????? Come on, he needs to be opportunistic than that. Just sitting isn't going to cut it even if they did almost bring back the group.
At least I'm getting multiple guys in the break, hopefully one will stay away with my guys in it. |

6th and 11th isn't bad I guess, dissapointing that Madrazo got dropped in the sprint though.

Weening was in the chasing group of Marquez, which is great. Also I will be happy if maintains in top 10.

I'm very satisfied to have Lai wearing the KoM jersey, and hopes he can keep it until the race is over. But it is not gonna be easy...

Great work by Medina today unfortunatly he wasn't strong enough to follow Marquez.

Another great stage for Vasquez. But there's plenty of difficulties before clinching a top 3 placement overall.
