Your stages are on Cyanide Forum and Cya was clear since the beginning, everyone who post his creations (shirt, DB, stages, other graphical elements) make it free and everyone could use them as the creator of the work is quoted.
PS: I see on PCMDownload, my DB 90s for PCM 2005 without autorisation and credits, did you find that paradoxal for someone, who cry for a mp sended but didn't receive. I'm already apologize and I'm apologize again that you don't receive the mp I sended in November.
If I didn't respect creation of NCLRitten Project, I had already put the Poland Tour on the DB, but this time I haven't send pm to Lassasino and I don't use his stages. |

Cyanide can't set a rule like that. I've got the copyright, not them, even if they made the SE. I can say that I've made it all by myself with just coding the stage and setting every coordinate by myself...
If you didn't say with the DB release to ask you for permission to upload it on a own server, than you've got nothing to say. Yes, you didn't say this, so this is just a idiot point. |

First of all - i think Bilbo is the father of his stages, and if he didnt like it that someone uses this stages without an okay from his side - its should be clear that you have to remove it. (c)rights are good but in this case gentlemen agreements are more worth than (c).
If i remember back to 2004/2005 and i cracked the cya database, it was a lot of work to understand how to manipulate the tables inside. After creating Kicker i known that tools like this are not designed to spread it. And later i was right, it was wrong to publish the tool and wrote in forums how you can add thousends of things, because 90% of all databases are worthless - overloaded - or copied from other creators. But this is not the top of the 'iceberg' - ignoring unwritten rules and wishes of creators and designers are the results of this.
I was happy that hannes 'cloned' 1 year later my ideas, and release his editor. He uses my ideas also identicly my save system - but for me it was okay.
The different between my projects (Kicker and GPS Kicker) to lot of other users is - that i didnt wrote textes like - its not allowed to use things made be..........without an okay from impish. (hehe - otherwise it would be funny to see the hole community stil plays with an normal database). Example for GPS Kicker i posted in my first message - please use the tool and do what you like with him - but didnt ask me for support or an update.
(c)rights are (c)rights - but breaking gentlemen agrees in a community is totaly wrong, otherwise friends shake your hands and found a way in the middle. |

Am I stupid or if I don't want that other uses my updates I don't release them? If I release updates, it's normal that others may use it? Otherwise it's better to release nothing.
Maybe this is the wrong topic, but I think this can be een good discussion.

I downloaded the db but I saw that several teams have the jersey completely white due to the fact that when the project did not mesh all the teams were made what I wanted to ask is whether the release of v1 were all included and at what point are due
p.s. I know that is a bit complicated considering the number of teams but you may post the list of teams in the db perhaps indicating which are those which lack a mesh?thanks |

The jersey completely white has been made for the team's jersey who haven't been made/announced yet (or who didn't exist in 2008).
For the teams, we will post a list for the v.1, a few teams will probably be add, and maybe others will be add later !

The most part of the work is done by coach, so you can say him thanks, he makes already the db part and then he works very much for the stages ! Wink
PS : Those stages contain only the profile and the road, but they aren't any isolatedbuildings and co, I'm not a master at all on this part of stagemaking and I haven't as many time as it needs.

1) Ricco and Piepoli won't be on the db at all. For Hamilton he will probably be deleted or with a suspension 2 years in career mode, I don't know.
2) I will make it as fast as I can, this afternoon I will edit this post and tell you that.

I can't understand your question : Do you mean how many free-agent will be in the db ?
If it's that I don't know exactly but a big part of them are ex-riders of those teams. |
