Soler had the 'misfortune' to crash and pick up injuries forcing him to withdraw from both the Giro and the Tour. Had he not crashed, it would not have surprised me one bit if he were to have tested positive at some point this year.

Holzer has confirmed the positive test in a Reuters article. He says that Kohl called him, saying that he had been made aware of a positive test. |

EPO is much more useful for climbers than sprinters, at least, the sprinters can use just enough that they are strong at the end of the stage but not enough too risk a positive test.

Well, doping has more use in climbing than is sprinting. But I think the one we call 'Jet' has another opinion (What did you said Jimmy? Djamolidine? If you say so...).

Oh and I am pissed that Kohl was doped. I really liked the underdog story about him. No matter how much smoke I am still dissapointed and shocked when I read the story. Good that he is caught, but it is still a shame. More ammunition for ignorant guys like Thomas Bach. |

Another positive thing is that Kohl is unbelieveably ugly, and that he has the most annoying voice .. no more of that for the next two years. Let's hope that we get rid of Evans too |
