Lebanon only has a single rider competing in the MGUCI season anyway (Elias Abou Rachid) and he'll be automatically awarded both NC titles.
Also, both Antigua & Barbuda and Mauritius will be on Hill terrain (as per route vote calculation)
I hate to be that guy constantly pointing things out (contrary to a lot of my MG posts ) but i'm confused how Antigua got Hill?
I've checked the thread pages and only I submitted a vote for this nation, and voted Cobble
