maybe all the riders are having trouble adjusting to the time difference. This race is basically built for average or slightly above average riders to win from breaks

Unless someone from the top-10 gets in the break, I guess I have a shot at winning this race. But since it's Qinghai Lake I won't celebrate until Panayotov crosses the line.
