Amazing victory for Noah! Great decision indeed after his bad race in Denmark. Hopefully he's able to perform well the next day in South-Africa.

Himmerland Rundt:
The important race in Denmark turned out to be a minor disaster for the team. Nicolai Brøchner the best as 25th. The race was won by Trond Trondsen from Team Coop

Germiston, South Africa, Sunday 3.5.2020
100 Cycle Challenge 101.2 km (1.2)
Frederik Wandahl was able to join a group of eight forming todays breakaway, but with the short route today the pack did not take any chances keeping the breakaway within visual distance most of the time, and the breakaway was over with some 25 km left.
Daniel Lyhne was leading the ColoQuick train to the top of the last hill before he swung off, the order was then Aksel Skot-Hansen - Johan Price-Pejtersen - Noah Takaima, the tactic was that anyone of those could open whenever he wanted, Aksel was only first because he was the best puncher.
Noah took a chance and opened quite early, coming first under the red kite, but better sprinters from other teams was closing in fast.
During the last 5-600 meters Noah saw riders pass left and right, the unexpected two wins in a row was out of the question. With a last nice kick Aksel Skot-Hansen just squeezed inside top 10 in front of his teammate Noah Takaima 11th and Johan Price-Pejtersen 12th.
The race was won by Anthony Maldonado from St Michel - Auber 93.
100 Cycle Challenge total price money € 210

Well at least a top-10 place. And great to see that Nicolai took a podium in Denmark!

Hvidbjerg, Denmark, Tuesday 4.4.2020
Noah comes into the manager office, unable to hide a smile.
Christian Andersen: “Hi, do I see a triumphant rider enter my office” Mr. Andersen smiles back. “You definitely show some talent riding uphill I must admit, I am thinking about a training camp in Italy…..later, you got some racing to do before we can get back to that.”
Noah: Thanks…Italy interesting, looking forward to hear more about that.
Christian Andersen: I’m not so proud about the tactics chosen in Germiston, but can’t blame you, guess you just did you best. All in all you have done great lately, persuading me to put you on the startlist for Fyen Rundt Friday, hoping you can prevent another bad result as we had in Himmerland, this is a very important race for many of our sponsors so lets hope you can live up to my expectations and maybe even collect some of the very fine bonuses we got from our Partners Tee Jays and Black Inc.
Bonuses: Team win: 125 €, Team podium: 75 € Team Top 5: 30 €
Individual win: 700 €, Individual Podium: 400 €, Individual top 10: 200 €
Christian Andersen: It will be a tight schedule this weekend as we badly miss William Blume, so Sundays we got another race where we will need you to race, Ringerike GP Norway. Not a very important race though often dominated by Uno-X Norwegian and very hard to get points there.
We have no bonuses in this one.
Christian Andersen: In between those two we got a two race Saturday, so either way it will end up with some more traveling for you, just based on that alone I’d suggest you take part in Norwegian Sundvolden GP, as you will have to go to Norway anyway.
Our Partner Salling Grovvarer is invited as VIP guests coming up to see the race as a company tour, they will provide a bonus collected by the two best riders from the team as € 60 and € 30, and in case we should win the race, I’d say against all odds, there will be another € 100 to claim for the winner.
Leader:
Bonuses: Teams best € 60, Team 2nd € 30, winner additional € 100
As an alternative Saturday race, we got Scandinavian Race in Uppsala, we will be forced to send a relative weak squad there unfortunately, to make it fair Coloquick have setup similar bonuses as the one we got from Salling Grovvarer, can say it may be easier for you to collect a little pocket money from the bonuses, on the other hand I think we have very few chances to get any valuable result from the race, anyway it is up to you?
Leader:
Bonuses: Teams best € 60, Team 2nd € 30, winner additional € 100
Option 1: Norway/Sundvolden GP
Option 2: Sweden/Scandinavian Race Uppsala

Option 1 looks a little tough for now, so I say option 2.

Option 1
Noah seems to have good climbing legs at this time.

Both have merits, I'm going to go with option 1 just to see how much of a fluke that win was or if Noah can perform on that terrain consistently.

I'd go for option 1 as well, very interesting in how he'll perform in the hills. Hopefully he'll be able to show himself again.

Thought his earnings was way slower than what I had expected, and there is a reason for this, simply forgot to add his salary of € 2500 each month. So he haven’t been paid since January
Earnings before salary: | € 9.133 | February | € 2.500 | March | € 2.500 | April | € 2.500 | May | € 2.500 | Total Earnings | € 19.133 |
Sorry for that stupid mistake but at least we are getting so much closer to a level up.

Getting some more experience on hilly roads won't hurt. Option 1.
What's actually the impact of a level up? Higher stat limits? Immediate stat increases?

I'd go Option 1, but it seems to be so far ahead, so I'll go Option 2 just to keep things interesting

@Fabianski - lvl up is just higher stat limits, will be no immediate effect. Skill upgrades can only come from "natural" development, or some quest you vote for often with a cost.

Odense, Denmark, Friday 8.5.2020
Fyen Rundt 214.7 km (1.2)
ColoQuick does not get anyone into the strong 11 rider breakaway we got today. Instead the have to dedicate two riders to the pursuit not to let the gap grow too much. With crosswinds up to 45 km/h and showers it is a hard ride where you have to stay alert all the time, not do crash or drop.
The original breakaway was reeled in on the final circuit in Odense with less than 10 km left, but just to provide for new attacks left and right, it ends will three riders slipping away, they build a lead of about 30” when the sprint starts from about 2.5 km. The trio Serghei Tvetcov from Sapura Cycling, Emil Vinjebo from Riwal - Readynez and Frederik Irgens Jensen (BHS - PL Beton Bornholm) makes it to the line first with and wins the race in the mentioned order.
Besides the fact that Coloquick could not control the late attacks, the sprint setup with Noah Takaima in front of Oliver Wulff Frederiksen and Nicolai Brøchner worked very well on what was a difficult technical finish, Nicolai 5th and Oliver 8th, too bad that was not 2nd and 5th.
Noah came in 15th.
Fyen Rundt total price money € 330
Earnings: | Race Share | Bonus | Total € | Nicolai Brøchner | 156 | 230 | 386 | Oliver Wulff Frederiksen | 84 | 230 | 314 | Noah Takaima | 12 | 30 | 42 | Rasmus Lund Pedersen | 12 | 30 | 42 | Alexander Salby | 12 | 30 | 42 | Mads Østergaard Kristensen | 12 | 30 | 42 | Anthon Charmig | 12 | 30 | 42 |
